My A/C hasn't worked properly for 3 months. The same technician has been sent and can get it up and running for 3-5 days and then it breaks. I hired a different company to do a diagnostic check of the system and there is no refrigerant, multiple broken components none of which the AHS contractor identified or addressed.

The 3rd party repair companies are horrible and don’t seem to know what they are doing. I have had problems with my washer now and have 2nd repair company out and still have issues on top of New issue that they have created while trying to repair my washer!

There is a total lack of communication and misunderstanding. I don't know if it's a language, barrier or word, but the receptionist does not understand what I am saying, or communicate a solution. The technician has not repaired my work and I can't seem to get anyone to do a recall.

So far American Home Shield has not lived up to my expectations. I was told I would be paying 200 dollars of a 2800 repair to fix a leaking pipe. By the time the job was done, I paid 4000 and AHS paid 200. I didn't get any notification until the plumber was done and waiting for payment.

My refrigerator/freezer went out in May 2nd. Contractor showed up on May 4th and informed AHS that it needed to be replaced. I have called AHS 3 times and still no refrigerator as of May 30th. They don't fulfill their promises. They do not care.

Came to fix my leaking washer and no longer leaks, but right after repair the softener would not dispense. Came back out to do a recheck and said the softener was dispensing just fine even though a full cycle was not ran. I didn't call the company for a 3rd time due to having to take 3 different days off. We just use dryer sheets now.
