Use terrible AC contractors had a lot of trouble finding a competent company with the AC companies AHS uses. When you find a good one they do not last long with AHS.

it took 30 plus days to have our tankless water heater repaired. How would you like to go without hot water. AHS sent out plumbers who were not qualified to work on the water heater. Customer service while at times was good at other times it was the worse. I could go on and on but just say it was the worst experience ever.

The contracted co. did not perform the work but marked it complete. Working with AHS was like pulling teeth to get the issue rectified. Terrible customer service from the contracted co. as well as AHS. I plan on canceling service.

I had an issue with one of you plumbing contractors, MS Plumbing. I had to call several times to request an escalation to try to get my issue resolved. Your Escalation agent was very rude and told me that AHS is not responsible for the work performance of the contractor. My issue has not been resolved. I am in consultation with an attorney.

They were GREAT! when I put a service request in for my pool pump, I received a reply back in no time at all! They sent out "At Your Pool" and the replaced the motor with a new motor and got it back into service in no time flat!

They will only reqair minor issues. If it's a major problem they will either deny the claim or you'll have to pay $1000's to go towards the work. Just not worth paying into anymore. Get yourself a good handy man.
