No one is customer service has any knowledge to resolve problems. They only know what the computer screen says. If the answer to your issue is not on the screen they are not able to answer questions.

You should have training personnel handling the phone to trouble shooting phone calls. It cost me 125 for a technician to come out to reset a gfci. That is ridiculous.

They don't listen. They don't resolve issues. I still have an issue that have not been resolved and they have not returned the funds. And they don't care about the customer. Their phone agents are terrible and they don't understand basic English. They just have people to answer the phone just to answer.

I been paying for years and have only used them three times. I got the toilet fixed no issue, washer no issue, the fridge they have sent several companies still not fixed. I am so mad what happen to if we can't fix it we replace?

When making a claim there was minimal conversation and when trying to call in and inquire about additional charges they had a lack of knowledge of the service and why the additional charges were there outside of the technician notes

Repair company did not receive my request from AHS in a timely manner. It took 2 phone calls from me to AHS before the request was received. There was a mix up with the AHS assigned repair number and customer information. The repair request number was I received was actually assigned to another customer and address.
