A&E Appliance never repaired my refrigerator. I requested service from a different company and AHS called A&E again. There are complaints to AHS going back three years and still they use that company. They want to charge a fee for early termination but don't fulfill their contract.

No one to talk to about the problem to and nothing has been done for 1 month. Can't get an answer from the Whitney plumbing company! Have call you and them no less than 50 times NOTHING has been done and NO call backs. Will probably cancel you service, as will my daughter for her apartment. Terrible service and communication with your company.

I have already on prior writing that this is the worst company to do business with . Extremely unprofessional in every aspect. Their complete focus is to get your money and to do the least amount of work possible to fix your appliances. We were treated so poorly, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I still have an open ticket from January and repeatedly call for resolution. The contractor sent to our house basically ghosted everyone and never gave a diagnosis, so nothing was done. No one can help at the customer service level and the other unit they refer the case to repeatedly fails to follow up.

I have been fighting to get my water heater, faucet, and toilet fixed since January. The company they had came out, took pictures I guess and said no straps on heater... the same heater that AHS contractor replaced years ago and added the necessary straps! so denied! I would like to see the photos that were presented bc we have straps!

I got cheated with their offer of changing the water heater.tricky with writing wrong diagnosis by their own technician.poor customer service.hang up the phone while inquiring.bad experience.please don't take this insurance service.they just collect the monthly payment.no use having a home insurance with AHS.

American Home Shield used to be a great company, but now they offer horrible coverage. They covered very little of my Well repair. They charge 5 times more for a monthly plan and offer less coverage. I will be canceling my plan with them.
