They get the cheapest contractors they can find and 99.9% of them have bad ratings and poor service. A lot of improvement is needed for the money I pay every month, I have not had any good experiences with AHS, always have the same answer for any problems and is never resolved. I will be dropping AHS.

I am not happy right now because I have been without Air Conditioning for 3 weeks. I am told a part has been ordered, but nothing has happened yet. I am a senior with asthma. I was told by a AHS employee that a rush would be put on the order. Obviously that did not happen

Couldn’t understand the agents on the phone. I was given several different quotes and the roofing guy has my roof looking terrible. Could have been patched much better. I still think I need a new roof. This is why I have insurance with American Homeshield.

It has been difficult dealing with the vendors AHS uses. There have been instances of neglect and failure on the part of the vendors and they have left the tenants without water for over a week. This failure caused substantial secondary property damage. Also, trying to get approval for repairs is delayed and causing the tenants health problems.

It took them over a year to get my stove igniter repaired! It is only repaired because I found the right people to fix it and then they argued about paying for it! My refrigerator didn't work for over 5 months before it was fixed. They offered me my $125 service fee back as a refund for waiting and I have not received the check as promised!

I rated that way because the policy is a SCAM. Claim denied because a made up reason. Stated that it was due to a code up. Again, flat out lie. Our water heater was replaced because it was 12 years old and it physically stopped working. Will be reporting this company to CA Department of Insurance.

Every time I need HVAC service it's impossible to get repaired in a timely manner. I just waited 2 and a half months for a evaporator fan that was readly available online within a week. I'm not the only one having this trouble, people all over the country are reporting it to. It will eventually catch up with them.
