The US Air HVAC company has not come back after sending their technician who confirmed that my AC unit needed to be leveled the attic of my house. The last time I heard from them was email on a weekend. If they called it would be on my caller ID, they have not called and no voice message left.

Promised I would get water in 24 hours I ended calling you back and was told it would be another day I cancelled this service call called a plumber and he was here within 15 minutes and had my water back on in less than 20 minutes and was very nice about this being a short notice and was glad to help us out

Terrible serive because i sign up 4yrs ago so they can help fix AC when it breaks down, after tech showed it just so happen 30 minutes later AHS coverage just so happen to change coverage plan and practically didn't help with the coverageat all. After 36 years of being a customer they sure let me down. They fooled around for about 2-3 weeks with denying coverage . Then our air conditioner burned up. Forced to spend $10,844 for a brand new one. Five days with no air at 115 degrees in Arizona. How’s that for poor service.
