Absolutely would not recommend this company!! After paying $100 deductible to even have somebody come out they want to try to buy a part off eBay that is dirty and used have the repair person put it on thank goodness the repair person said no to a used part!!

Horrible Experience. After paying our payments for 5 years, our AC went out. They wouldn’t cover the unit and the installation cost. They were going to replace with a different sized unit causing us to pay over $3,000 for modifications with their portion only $475. We are cancelling. Total rip off.

The US Air HVAC company has not come back after sending their technician who confirmed that my AC unit needed to be leveled the attic of my house. The last time I heard from them was email on a weekend. If they called it would be on my caller ID, they have not called and no voice message left.
