The 1st contractor sent out did't check for a leak, so I lost $200.00 worth of coolant and had to purchase more 3 month later. Leak was fixed by 2nd contractor, after I have spent $610.00.

Had to wait for the first tech, only to again wait for parts. Parts finally arrived, but more parts needed. Eventually told they'd replace the dishwasher, which they did, but the whole process took several months.

Hold time 46 min, service agent is unapologetic. I’m paying over $100 per month, this is too much. U.S. Air Air Conditioning should be held accountable for delays in service. Filed service request on May 31, 2020 today is June 9, 2020 and the job is pending and outside temps are above 90 degrees.

Long delays once repairs are approved if parts have to be ordered and even if no parts are needed. Need to streamline the process radically. They do take cate of things but today it has been a week since i have had A/C and it is 100 degrees outside.

Paid $100 svs fee and was charged an additional $125 to complete the job which included $20 in parts and 20 minutes labor. I was told if they could use a simple patch that is all the warranty would pay. For less than $100 I could have bought the tool and all supplies and not have a Fankenstein looking water pipe. I am very disgusted with your so called home warranty. I will be switching to a more reputable company that I can depend on for my future needs.

I have consistently received horrible customer service from AHS. There is no ability to email AHS to discuss concerns or request information and there are no direct lines to departments within AHS. I have consistently had to sit on hold for 1-2 hours each time I need to contact the company. My claims have taken 3-4 weeks on average to be completed, which is completely unacceptable. Contractors are unqualified and are trying to take advantage of those with a home warranty. I am so frustrated with AHS and cannot believe what horrible customer service is provided. It is completely unacceptable.

Unacceptable service. No sense of urgency in getting repair done. No emergency service. Even smallest part needs to be approved and then shipped to contractor and then ship to wrong address. No AC in 90 degree weather for 11 days. Customer service says will do something then contractor says they never authorized. Senior citizens with medical issues and this has been unbearable for us.
