I have this so items are covered. My bathroom is not covered cause it doesn't drip. Faucet is literally out of the wall, but not covered???? Then the representative called the vendor and provided them all my personal information which is HIPPA. The guy who the vendor sent me house told me he was released from jail. Now due to the customer service not understanding my concerns valued the vendor for more info and provided all my personal info. I'm supposed to be okay with rhis????

They used to be really good but now they cover the very minimum and not worth the monthly cost. Furnace went out and they are only replacing the furnace and hauling off the old. That is less than $600. We are having to pay nearly $1700 to have it installed because they don't cover any of it. We are just taking the cash, then dropping them after 30 years of being a customer. They don't really seam to care. We were even thinking of adding coverage for a cabin, but not now. Better off putting the monthly cost into a savings account.

AHS is not focused on customer service and their representatives are not able to help when there is a problem instead customers get sent from one person to another and do not focus on resolution.I have been an AHS customer since the 90s and recommended many new customers; however, in all good faith that will be difficult after my most recent experience.

I signed a contract that said my water heater would be replaced with a water heater with the same capacity. We had an 80 gallon unit and they would only put a 40 gallon in. After 5 visits from the plumber it still takes 90 seconds to get hot water. I called 5 times and cannot get satisfaction. On my last call 2 weeks ago they said they would get back to me and they lied. No return call and we still have very little hot water.

When I lived in La quinta they were wonderful. Replaced my oven and also my air conditioner with quality products that equaled those that broke. Now I live in Lincoln and they replaced my Beaver garbage disposal with an inferior one (brand name unknown).

I ve had AHS for about six months. My first call was for a built in microwave not working. I was charged the service fee and a repair company FaceTimed to diagnose the problem. I was then sent a letter saying that my built in was not a built in. ??? I sent pictures showing it was indeed built in. No help from AHS. No resolution. Microwave still broken.

My toilet was not filling and had a leak. Instead of AHS have the plumber replace the toilet, they had them out here 6 (yes6) times to try and fix an unfixable issue with it. First of all this was written back in February not 6 days ago as it Says. As far a resolving the issue: ASH can refund my $100.00 deductible and compensate me another $700.00 - $1000.00 for my stress, mental anguish & having to sit around and wait for people to come out 2 to 3 days after I called problem in!!! By the way: I no longer have AHS for my home service company!!! Arthur Applegate

Sometimes when you pay the deductible and then they say "oh, there are additional charges" you feel as if you are getting ripped off. I had to pay $1,200 + my deductible for our A/C coil to be replaced.

I have had a broken washer since June of 2021, I have called them at least 10 times asking them since they have been unable to find the parts to repair my washer they need to honor there contract n replace it. They tell me the parts are on order , and are coming next week!.. 7 months later .. the parts are coming next week. I just go round in circles with this company.. now the parts are on back order . With no date on when they will bring stock! Terrible customer service .

When I renewed my policy I was charged 800 dollars. When my water heater broke I had to pa almost 700 dollars out of pocket. It's frustrating to pay a large amount of money to renew the policy only to have to pay more money out of pocket when an issue arises. My other concern is the inconsistency in renewal fees. A friend of mine who lives in the same area received a coupon for 200 dollars off her renewal so she only paid 500 dollars. I would not recommend this company to any friends or family.
