I was told when I signed up for the ahs that if an item could not be repaired, it would be replaced with a comparable item. They do not do that. If they replace it, it is replaced with a builder grade item.

There is a lack of communication with the company and the customer. I have asked before for someone to call me to discuss an issue....nothing happened. I had a recent repair of a dishwasher that took the tech 4 trips before finally getting it right. The time from requesting service to actually having someone show up is far too long.

I wasn't quite convinced initially how it would work - I did have neighbors recommending it so I signed up. I def. do not regret it. The claims process was a 2 min process, adding your device needing service, adding your availability, phone and/or email - Submit. I was contacted within 24 hours and had the machine looked at three or four days later. The machine unfortunately couldn't be repaired because the manufacturer stopped producing the parts and I've received an email for reimbursement after new item purchase in no time. I will def. recommend AHS.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They never fixed the issue and every time I call I get a different answer. Till now they never resolved my issue. Also for another property they had a plumber come out. Issue was never fully resolved and I called back and they want to charge another service fee for something that wasn't fixed properly the first time

My AC unit was broken and required replacement. A contractor was assigned who had done work in my house before and I didn't want the same contractor, but I ended up having to have him come back. I'm hopeful the replacement was done correctly, as it was very awkward and uncomfortable for him to come back to my home after he knew we didn't want him to come

I took AHS insurance because I have very expensive appliances at my home and I wanted to protect them. It has nothing but a disaster for me. They said that my ice maker is not covered. They are unable to find parts to fix the issue with my range. They have offered me $5590 reimbursement for $13000 range. All this discussion took 4 months and about 25 calls to their customer service.

When my A/C broke, they sent a guy that said "I don't know why they sent me because I don't know anything about this system", so he had no idea what the problem was. He ordered a part he thought was the problem. After waiting four weeks for the part and no A/C in the middle of the summer in Florida, we got tired of waiting and I easily found the part online
