I have 2 water leaks in my house. If I do not use the kitchen faucet then there's no leak. My issue is an ongoing main water leak. Technician from contracted Plumbers Inc came out last week and as of today he has not submitted his findings to AHS. I have contacted both AHS and Plumbers Inc multiple times regarding this matter with no answers. In the meantime I still have a water leak from my main. I am disappointed in the way this claim is being handled on all levels.

Needed a part for my dishwasher, the Tech ordered it. Did not try to use the dishwasher until the next with a full load. The door will not close. I have no idea what the Tech did, but can not get any help getting someone out here to fix the problem that was fine until he done something to the door, which is bowing out at the bottom. I have been handwashing dishes for 2 weeks & will have to until Tech comes & puts the part in the soap dispenser in that was the problem he was sent out to fix, not screw up the door.

I paid my a/c guy to diagnose what was wrong and he told me I needed to get a new coil system that cost about $2,800.00. I put an order in to AHS for their a/c guy to come to replace it and paid them $75 for the service call. He said the coils were fine but replaced a valve and told me I needed to refill it with coolant and that it would cost ME another $900! I called my a/c guy back to double check and it was a leak in the coils like he originally said so if I had paid your guy $900, the coolant would have just leaked out again.

They need a new delivery company. I was called on April 12th that my washwr would be here on the 13th. They never called to say they weren't coming. My husband called them the next day and they said.they would be here on April 27th again they didn't show or call. Made sevwr calls to USP and never got a return call. Then May 4 they just showed up with it.

Was on hold for 15 min and the rep pretended to no lt be able to hear me to just hang up the call . I have been with out my refrigerator working waiting for this appointment and her reply was we can make another one for a later date . The charge the service call fee even before the service is done. This company is the worst don't waste your time . Im going to cancel asap! I would not recommend this company to no one stay away

Took 3 weeks to replace dishwaher! Three companies involved, one to deliver, one to remove and dispose old washer, one to install new washer! When old washer removed, water lines left disconnected from Thursday to Monday! THREE DAYS NO WATER IN KITCHEN AND SINK FULL OF DIRTY DISHES!!! UNACCEPTABLE! Not to mention, I literally placed TWENTY phone calls in 4 days trying to resolve diswasher issue!

Because I pay the warranty insurance every year and I was never told because I would've done it that there are sections in the contract for modifications of the air conditioner. Now you refused to pay for everything and I don't have $2475 I'm just more than dissatisfied I can't even tell you. To not disclose that when somebody is renewing their policy since that is such a major issue that's a lot of money. Not only do I not have it I have a daughter that's ill and has just had surgery how in the world am I going to do this

There is a lack of communication with the company and the customer. I have asked before for someone to call me to discuss an issue....nothing happened. I had a recent repair of a dishwasher that took the tech 4 trips before finally getting it right. The time from requesting service to actually having someone show up is far too long.

I was told when I signed up for the ahs that if an item could not be repaired, it would be replaced with a comparable item. They do not do that. If they replace it, it is replaced with a builder grade item.

I wasn't quite convinced initially how it would work - I did have neighbors recommending it so I signed up. I def. do not regret it. The claims process was a 2 min process, adding your device needing service, adding your availability, phone and/or email - Submit. I was contacted within 24 hours and had the machine looked at three or four days later. The machine unfortunately couldn't be repaired because the manufacturer stopped producing the parts and I've received an email for reimbursement after new item purchase in no time. I will def. recommend AHS.

Inspector said we needed Freon in the air conditioning system and a new filter. But he could not put the needed items in place because he wasn't to do actual service with inspection. I now need both and have to go buy them and put in place.
