My refrigerator repair ticket has been open for two and a half weeks, no resolution and no repairs, promise we're made to reach out to executive committee on claim as the contractor was unable to fulfill the service in a timely manner. I was told a decision would be made in 24 hours a week ago. Poor customer service is their flagship at this time. There is room for improvement. This is not free service!

There isn't enough space here to describe my frustrations dealing with them just to get my dryer fixed and I have been waiting 4 months for them to get the part to fix my washing machine. I do know for sure that I have never been so angry at anyone like was with the first person I talked to to report the problems. She was hard to understand and she would not listen to me.

Have been waiting on A/C to be fixed for three weeks an counting- do to AHS ordering wrong part. No one has been Compassionate or showing any empathy after telling Multiple associates that I have an infant and a two-year-old that I have to drive around in my car during the day and have been staying in a hotel for several nights because it's 95+ degrees here and if not had an air conditioner for three weeks. No one is taking any responsibility for this and my family and I are having to suffer.

They charged me $125 twice for one service call. Act of God to get my money back, which I have yet to do after numerous calls to customer service, which is horrible. No one there speaks English well so they are hard to understand. Cannot find a number for corporate. The number listed as corporate sends you to customer service, I'm sure on purpose. It's like pulling teeth. I've been trying for almost two weeks and I still have NOT received the $125 refund I have demanded. I will file a formal complaint with BBB if this continues much longer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Had an outside faucet that was bad. Was told that the access to get to the pipe was covered. Plumber came out and refused to open wall saying it is not covered. After a month of calls was finally told that acceptor the pipe was not covered and refused to return my deductible. I wouldn't have scheduled work to be done if I was not covered and would have used my deductible to hire someone else.

I call to fix the same things over and over in short time span. The companies choosen to fix the problem don't really fix the root of problem only temporarily. Also, my AC has not work correctly for the majority of this year, and the first company (amazing comfort) jack up the price of coolant to $1500 for 7.5 lbs. They're the ones, called out several times over the last 2 years to fix the same problem of low coolant. Why do I have to keep throwing away my money to temporarily fix the problem when they know there's a leak somewhere in the system?

Recent Service Vendors have been lousy. AHS should reevaluate the business it does with random vendors. Mostly the District of Columbia black owned vendor's. Dave and Son's LLC, refused to repair waterline in my garage. Lindsay Heating and Cooling Technician chastized me over the ohone for calling to much for just trying to set an appointment.

The contractors are not the best. AHS commercials provide false claims. If a major appliance is broke such as an air conditioner, AHS will do their best not to replace it and does not cover the entire item. Customers must read the fine print very closely and do not go by the commercials. The service fee of $100.00 each time may not be worth it; it all depends upon what the customer need.

Very poor customer service. I got a call to extend for a second year and was told that they just need a credit card number to set it up. They said that they would charge $1 to get the second year setup and ready to go. I checked my card later and found out that they charged me a whole months charge. I called customer service and they did not seem to know what was going on. I got transferred multiple times and got disconnected. I had to contact the area manager for AHS to get it resolved.

I've been waiting for over 3 weeks to have furnace fixed. Called them 5 times and can't get any answers. They won't let me talk to a supervisor, I've been promised to have a supervisor call me, which hasn't happened. Yet there are reports in the file that the supervisor tried calling. I have no phone record of the supposed call nor a voicemail. Extremely frustrating.
