I do not appreciate the outsourced subcontracted employees because that shows that AHS makes the most out of my money, meanwhile they outsource jobs to people who could care less about our service. I keep paying monthly for nothing to ever be covered. I'm wasting my money away.

TX Heating and AC was notified I had an AC problem. I was sent a date and time. This did not work for me. I txted 8 times and left 6 voice msg. They came out and I told te guy that I had nt talked to anyone as no one would answer. I called AHS and told them about the issue but they would not refund my $100. I am assuming that the company was a scam. I am refusing to pay as I did not have an opportunity to cancel with the vendor I want credit for the $100 on my Master card.

I called for a plumber and you guys gave me the run around! Also when I talked to customer service, I could not understand them. They were RUDE!! I asked to speak to an American and they were laughing at me in the background because I told them my toilet was plugged. Very unprofessional!! They said they could not find me a plumber. That I would have to find one on my own and that they would reimburse me! There are many plumbers close to where I live! I ended up paying for one out of my own pocket last week! Thanks for nothing!!!

A large portion of my kitchen ceiling collapsed tonight and white insulation from the attic is all over every surface so that it is a disaster area. The fire department sent 5 men who went in the attic and said the problem was the air conditioning backup and the contractor that came in mid August from American Home Shield did not do the job properly and has caused this giant calamity.

I've been without hot water for almost a week and every time the plumber goes to pick it up they're told it's not there. Now I'm told they're to pick it up from another store but American home shield did not let me the plumber know this. Now there are no openings until next week. I offered to pick it up but was informed I could not. So it's another weekend with no hot water. I am filling a complaint with the BBB

My dishwasher still isn't fixed, still waiting on a part. This part could of gotten ordered from the beginning of the process but the contractor was ordered to return to recheck the problem. Finally the part needed got ordered but still have to wait more. It's been 2 months. Every operator tells me a different story.

Never follow through. I have the platinum plan which includes fixing drywall if it has to be opened. The plumbing company said they don't fix drywall so I notified AHS about the issue and have received no response. I have 3 nice size holes in my walls.

Guy seemed knowledgeable, professional, but I have the same issue/problem. Thermostat sey at 72, can only cool to 78ish when it is hot outside. Other people don't have this problem just because it is very hot out.

Electrician came out claimed breaker box just had dirt and turned back on. Two days later fuse went out felt he didn't do a thorough job could have been fixed first time. We ended up paying out of pocket to get it fixed right away instead of growing through an approval process. Very disappointed first time we used Home Shield for a service call.

AHS did the very minimum required to repair my air conditioner on each visit for the same issue. After a month and three visits from the repairman the unit still doesn't work. Over a month with no air conditioner is bad. You need to just fix it right and save us all time, money and discomfort.
