DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! This company is not designed to help you. It’s designed to take your money. I filed two claims based on the same issue and they aren’t reimbursing me a dime for the $10,000 we had to pay for repairs. They said the claim i called in was for a leaking pipe not for my HVAC when the leaking pipe was coming from my HVAC. You also have to pay like $100 for a $300 pay out and spent so much time setting up the claim and submitting forms. Not to mention their list if people that are pre-approved to do work are terrible. The companies they work with have terrible reviews and terrible customer service. I’m not sure how this company has any good reviews. My speculation is they send links to the ones that did get a pay out because it was extremely difficult for me to find a way to review online. I’m giving them two stars because the basic customer service people have been nice. However the managers are the ones that have to approve things if there is an issue and they didn’t let me talk with the one denying my claim even though i’m always very polite just straight forward. Shelley in specific is the manager that denied my claim and would not talk to me per my customer service rep. Terrible waste of money and terrible experience over all. We literally lost money by buying this.

I had a plumbing issue and couldn't find a local contractor through the company, as they are not local and have been bought out by a Colorado-based company. This defeats the purpose of having a local service with established relationships in the area. I was told to find my own plumber and submit for reimbursement, with a low dollar limit. The lack of local presence and relationships makes the service ineffective and frustrating for customers like me.

I had to use my warranty multiple times, but it was a frustrating experience. The first time, the assigned contractor wouldn't respond to calls for an electrical issue. 2-10 Warranty is good, but the companies that they choose to fix our home stuff, they're on a lower scale. They need to pick more qualified companies to do our repairs, but other than that, they're pretty good. They're better than most companies and I think they're one of the best ones we have in the country.

Most of the companies you guys send say they don't do the kind of work that my units need. I'm really upset with some of the company's 2-10 recommend.... Sincerely Eli M.

It's good to have when I need it, but it's kind of expensive. My refrigerator went out and the guy came out about three times and it took him about six months to finally give up and get me a new fridge. Customer support is good. Typically, any issues I have come down to the technicians or the people doing the work.

The person they sent to us didn't appear and then they cancelled. So we had to find alternative people. Another time when we put in a claim they they rejected it. That is the whole purpose of having insurance and I don't agree with them.

The customer service person from 2-10 was helpful and listen to my issue, the wait time to get some one was a little high. How ever the service repair company they sent to my house “Appliance Resource & Rescue appliance” is a horrible company, the technician was rude and trying to get them on the phone was a joke. And when they call you back is way out of the appropriate times to make calls back to your customers. A simple ice maker repair has now been an almost 3 month ordeal.
