Just about every winter we use it because our HVAC is a pretty old system, and they're pretty good about dispatching somebody out here to fix it. Usually has something to do with the compressor or some sort. The service is pretty good but nobody's perfect. Our premium seems to be going up drastically each year.

I called for my refrigerator and they came out to fix it. I'm not going to say I was overly happy about it but it was okay. I feel like I never can get through to a person, I'm always talking to a recording and I like to talk to people directly to know what the problem is. The last technician just came not too long ago and I had a problem with my garbage disposal but I didn't like the way he told me I would have to pay for a new garbage disposal. When I disagreed, he fixed it in less than five minutes but never showed me what he did to fix it.

I've had a number of transactions and some of them were real good and some of them were real bad. Just recently, our freezer went out, and they sent a contractor out and the contractor couldn't get the part so 2-10 customer service told me that I'd get a new refrigerator and then I waited and that didn't happen so I called back again and they said they'd give me a new refrigerator. And I waited again and that didn't happen so I talked to somebody else there and they said they won't be able to give me a new refrigerator because I gotta wait for the part to come in no matter how long it takes. The customer service reps are very nice, good listeners and they try to help but they're inconsistent.

Top quality response when needing maintenance. However, they are non-responsive when it comes to replacement of equipment. I have two heat pumps, both 18 years old, that 2-10 keeps putting bandaids on, and each bandaid costs $100. Five repair requests in just the past year.

Our warranty was included when we bought our home in June 2020, and In August of 2020 we filed a service request for a broken ice maker. Per their website, it states you will be contact within 48 hrs and taken care of soon after. After numberous calls,long hold times, and 6 weeks finally a technician showed up on a sunday evening at 10pm while my husband was working. After he opened the freezer door and shut he said we needed a new ice maker. As he wrote the service order down, he preceded to tell me about his stint in prison . Tell me how they prefer not to work with 2-10 warranty due to there slow payments on their bills. when he requested the co-pay of 100.00 they did not take cards so he said he’d stop by the next day to get payment. He said the ice maker should be in the next week and they would be right back to install. He sure came early to claim cash next morning and the last we heard for several more weeks. I call 2-10 nearly 30 times over the next several months. Finally they installed the ice maker and left and of course it didnt work. It obviously wasnt what was wrong. It was a frozen line. Four months later the ice maker works but wont dispense from the front door, and once again call call call and finally a repair man from another company came and fixed it. Five months, 50 phone calls, reps stating they would call back and never did. You also cant call and talk to the rep who you already spent 30 mins telling the whole story. No shows for several appts. Causing me to miss work, spend hours trying to get my ice maker fixed. Finally the last one who I told I wanted to speak to someone about the terrible service assured me her manager whould call and 8 months later no one every called. It was the worse service Ive ever encountered. Definately wont renew my contract this year.

Not everyone that works here has a good knowledge of what services they offer and what is covered. There seems to be no standard for what their employees need to know so it's hard to get things explained to you. We had a good experience with a dishwashing repair company but it was a nightmare to get our stove replaced because they took about two months to get that replaced.

Our warranty came with the house we got. We haven't had any real problems with the company. We needed our heater fixed and they had to come two different days to make sure it was fixed. They send someone out right away to fix your problems and you don't have to pay for it.

I had to have a faucet replaced and the first time they came they gave me incorrect information. Then later they explained it better to me and corrected the issue. One bad thing about the warranty is you're limited to what service providers you can use. Once they couldn't find an electrician in my area so they didn't give me service.

After careful research I thought that would be the best company that fit my needs but I was wrong. I had a drainage problem at my home, I filed a claim and they assigned me to a plumber. A plumber come out and did whatever they needed to do, did not make any recommendations for me to do anything else and 2-10 called and tried to have argue with me about what the idea.

I’ve made a claim twice and both times the contractors too multiple months to address the problem. Their customer service people are polite and seem to do all they can but whenever there is a problem, it seems their hands are tied and it never goes anywhere.

This is my first policy with 2-10 HBW, I am glad to see the company will work with you to solve the problems you file in a claim. I requested a different contractor for the repair of my HVAC at my home. They sent me Temperature Solutions LLC in Alabama. Charles S did a great job diagnosing the trouble and repairing the unit. He fully, inspected the unit, he used top of the line replacement parts. He communicated with me before and during the repair, to reschedule the appointment due to storms. That kind of service shows professionalism. I give the service 5 STARS. Thank You.

had dishwaser fix buy two people titus fixed put new part in and did not shut off electric and blew out the computer borad said he would ordera new one it would take tow days come in will call to come in to put it on waited one week never heard tried to contact him five would not answer phone or call back called 2 10 and they toke care of it had sears fixed it they very professional i would not use titus again

This company is honest they listen to the problem that the service man called in with, and they’re willing to fix the problem rather than lie to you about fixing it. I’ll give you some excuse why they aren’t going to fix it. They don’t waste time like that. It’s easy to get a claim process. They don’t take two or three days to get you somebody to service you and then the people that they service are very professional. They do their jobs. They clean up their areas and they’re Gone. I have had four different companies in Texas America home choice. What is it that an Amazon? . I have had four different companies in Texas America home choice. What is it an Amazon company? I can’t remember the other two and they’re all big liars. They don’t tell the truth.

I have stayed with 2-10 since purchasing my home because they always take care of me. 9.5 out of 10 times the process is seamless. I would be lying if I said it was perfect because nothing is perfect, but they are close. Every time I need to submit a claim online is simple and when I’m unable to submit online the representatives have been wonderful. I love knowing they help me take care of my home when I need help because it’s hard to trust people nowadays. They basically do all the work to find the technicians/companies all I have to do is schedule, be there, pay the deductible. Excellent!

We are so glad that we renewed our warranty under 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. We had issues with our 4 years old Samsung washer and recently our HVAC in the second floor of the house. Filing a claim was easy and the employees are all very helpful, friendly and courteous. We were having this HVAC issue not cooling properly since we moved into this new house. Progressive Air System who built the HVAC system in this new house did a poor job and keeps screwing us up. 2-10 Warranty sent Max Cool Air Conditioning to replace the TXV bulb which is the root of the issue. We did not pay a penny for the TXV bulb repair. I don’t remember exactly how much Progressive Air System is charging us to replace the TXV bulb but I believe at least $3k.

Amazing services from All Set Appliances and 2/10 Warranty company. I had to use them both for the first time and boy am I happy I made that decision, 2/10 Warranty and All Set Appliances, they both came through and found a solution for my problem. I will recommend both companies as they both lived up to their word. Thank you All Set Appliances and 2/10 warranty. All Set Appliances Technician was very knowledgeable, respectful and truly represented the company very professionally. Thanks bud………….2/10 Warranty representatives are amazing as well as they found solutions and never gave up thank you as well for your patience and cooperation.

These guys cover stuff. They really really do. A lot of people think warranties are a waste but, for people like me, that I don't want the trouble or responsibility to save up for incidentals for me home, (some people are good at this, I am not one of those people). With my monthly payments, I can rest assured that every breakdown is not going to make me bankrupt lol. They have a very specific process. From requesting service to responding to services. I've already had a few issues and all were taken care of including major home system. The only thing you need to be prepared for, they have the longest phone hold times for customer service. But once you get through, you will be taken care of. I have been on hold for several hours a couple of years ago when I first started just to ask a simple question. If I judged the benefit I would be getting from that hold time, I'd have lost and gone over to other companies. I think they may lose people because of this but the people that stick it out, they will be taken care of. Thank you 2-10.
