Door to door sales, was good on the first meeting became increasingly pushy as soon as they made the sale service and communication were extremely poor. Service does not work a good portion of the time, recording sucks.

Front door camera sucks. It doesn't even pick up when someone's in the yard or on the front porch. And it waits 5 mins later to notify your phone if it does pick up a person.

There were many problems with the install. Nothing was done to fix them. It took a month and several phone calls to cancel there service. Even after it was canceled money was still being taken from our bank account.
