Didn't install the cameras right, poor camera vision at night. Door lock has to have battery's replaced every couple of weeks. Camera wires just run down the wall. Customer service is the poorest I have ever delt with.

My experience with Vivint has been horrible. My door lock is not put on correctly and we have to fix it constantly. I have called several times with the last time being that I was going to get a callback. I never did.
