The security alarm system is modern, and the cameras are state-of-the art. I have had a good experience.

Getting Vivint seemed like the best thing to do. The best thing about it is that it is wireless.

Everything seems in order. The pictures are the best part. You do have to wait a long time on the phone.

I've had better equipment and customer service with other customers. Not sure why they advocate for the customer to troubleshoot their equipment.

The system works fine. I was not happy with how I was not informed about total pricing of the system until the installer was there at the house.

Didn't install the cameras right, poor camera vision at night. Door lock has to have battery's replaced every couple of weeks. Camera wires just run down the wall. Customer service is the poorest I have ever delt with.

My experience with Vivint has been horrible. My door lock is not put on correctly and we have to fix it constantly. I have called several times with the last time being that I was going to get a callback. I never did.

They are deceitful in their sales tactics. I was told it is a SLAM sale. Their equipment is disconnected I went back to my original company, Older. Alder. I do not want a company that lies from the start of the sale.

Raked over the coals with confusing messages about prices. Everyone says something different and our bills showed up to be different rates.

Not good. A lot of broken promises. Salesman said a lot of stuff that didn't happen and customer service does not side with the customer over the salesman.

To slow showings events. Door bell camera don't always record every coming to door. Back door security camera doesn't always pick up person on patio.
