They have a great overall system; however their software is very buggy (I've uncovered 3 bugs in a very short amount of time, and their escalation is terrible for a company of their size.

I had a terrible time getting them to say my equipment up. It took 4 techs to get out set up correctly. Then they were overcharging me and I had to get that corrected.

Terrible company, I was bold faced lied to and was never able to turn the system back in. I wish I stayed with brinks because brinks system actually works properly and doesn't take 3 mins for a alarm to even go off.
