Slow app, takes forever for the live feed to pop up, doesn't always record events like its supposed to with people being outside. My front door camera goes off every 7-10 minutes between 3-7 pm, sending a notification to my phone saying someone's outside and there's no one there. You can barely hear anyone talk through the app to the cameras. Bad camera quality, the outside whistle is distorted even though we've had the system for a year.

We have had trouble with our equipment a few days after it was installed. We call almost every month with one thing or another. Our camera is down at the moment due to that when we arm the house to leave it goes to to armed stay

Few month ago somebody broke into my car and stole my stuff and the cameras didn't detected anything, few weeks ago some guy's been lingering in my yard looking into my cars and nothing again, thanks to my neighbors they didn't steal anything bah I'm wasting my money.

Sales person sold me an alarm system by telling me I already has sensors installed, installer said I had no sensors. The only thing the Vivint system was hooked up to, was three motion detectors that my house already had. Anytime I tried to arm the alarm, it would count down 60sec and then unarm itself. I ended up paying $41/month for 4months for nothing. Then when I went to cancel my account I was told that it's Vivints policy to charge you for an additional 30 days from the day you want to cancel, which is the worst policy I've ever heard.

equipment faulty, sensor had to be replaced within months of installment, equipment placed with USED batteries which have also needed replaced within months of installment. Also, mobile app does not always work properly.

The seller lied to me, when he signed me up. He told me that I can cancel anytime as long I turn in the equipment.. He said people didn't want to be in contract, he had lied to my face and denied it he said it.. I told him that I didn't want to be in a contract.

Everytime they sell out to another company, the price goes up and the level of service goes down. As someone who has been a loyal customer for over 12 years, I find it offensive that they no longer have any kind of customer loyalty offerings.

Only complaint is doorbell camera doesn't always capture every motion which is somewhat understandable cause its a technical issue but has had to be rebooted plenty of times.

General good, poor installation at the time of install. The sensors are poorly fitted, the thermocouple supplied doesn't work with the AC so has never been used although you continue to charge me for this device

I like being able to lock and unlock my door from a remote area but I don’t know if they are truly monitoring me. They say they are but I don’t know. Customer service is nice but I am not able to get what I need from them. They were not able to do it.
