I have some problems with them. A lot of times when I had just a regular question I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I've had problems with it and couldn't get someone to come out and check it for me and they never came out during the year anything to update it or anything.

The price is quite high and they will not let you add more equipment unless you pay for it upfront. The product is expensive but it works very well. They are always available. When the alarm goes off they will call.

The equipment is doing everything that they said it would do. I'm waiting for someone to call me back because I had issues with payment and how much they're charging me. They're not good at calling back and making sure that the customer is satisfied and taken care of. I suggest that vivint reaches out to the customers when customers have issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

When I had Vivint was very pleased but when I called for help they told me there was no local service in Columbus. I would have still been with Vivint if there was service here and a local phone I could call for help. The people in the corporate office don't seem to know anything.

In the beginning it was great. Now I can't get someone to come fix my problems with my door locks or any other issues. Plus I got charged for a new door lock that they sent me and I had acl replacement told the guy when he called and they still charged me a ton for a new lock when the old one was defective.

For me it does keep my house with security when I am at home or when I am not home. But sometimes I have problems with it when it's on the blink for some reason. And when I call your office for help I just get the run around. Or get someone that doesn't talk good language.

Tricky. Every time you do even the smallest upgrade they renew your contract for another three years. No maintenance follow ups after initial contract; even if you still pay for the security. Scheduled texts messages from a triggered sensor can come anywhere from within 1 minute to 3 hours...not consistent!!!!

It started out great but after the second year the app does not work that well. People come and ring my doorbell but the app does not pick it up. I have uninstalled and reinstall but doesn't work properly. I even called the company and was told I have the current version. And I have a new phone so I know it's not my phone.

I like everything but the keypad. It sometimes is touchy and you sometimes end up setting off the alarm because you can't enter the right code, my wife doesn't have that problem though, just me. Customer support is most of the time easy to talk to but there have been a few times when things happened and we didn't get a call.
