I only had the doorbell camera for maybe a week and the 'transformer' went out. They came and 'fixed' it, lasted maybe a month, then said they weren't coming to fix it. They said it was my problem on my end. So I've been paying for something I can't even use...can't wait for contract to be over.

You can't see good facial clarity with the cameras. Sometimes there's long hold times. When there's something technical I shouldn't have to be walked through all of the technical staff over the phone as I am extremely busy. I think that should be offered as a service free of charge when things go funky.

I like the cameras that I have at my front door. I'm able to see people when they come up on my porch. When an alarm goes off they immediately call and ask questions. They are very expensive.

Sometimes when I call I don't get all my questions answers or it's on incorrect information. Other times when I call it would be a great conversation, my needs or concerns are addressed and they go through my record and see that I've called previously for the same thing and assure me that no matter it would get done.

It's ok not great. The customer service when you call in and try and diagnose a problem is terrible. The techs are nice and helpful but the ones doing it over the phone are bad. Also I notice my camera doesn't record. Not sure why I even have a camera if it only records randomly.

As a elderly couple, being asked Over the phone to help troubleshoot which necessitates climbing on a stepladder to reach sensors installed on the ceiling or up high is very hard as well as dangerous.
