The package offered is why we chose them with the cameras it offered.

Service is good, but the gift card I was told I'd receive has yet to arrive. Kind of a false promise.

Not good. Installation was sub par. Garage door is a pain to operate properly. None of my garage doors open or works anymore.

Not good, cameras constantly loose signal and the ability to see activity from your phone while away is poor!

I hate their customer service. Their collaboration with a third party for the equipment is a setup and way to trap you into service.

Very frustrating. My system hasn't worked in almost 2 weeks and we were on the phone for 90 minutes and no resolution.

The equipment is good for the most part but the salesman was completely dishonest. I have made numerous attempts to contact them with no response.

The salesman was very pushy and he had the system installed before I even knew what they were doing. I have nothing but trouble form them.

Terrible. I can't arm my home because it says my sensors don't have battery but they are wired. Makes zero sense.
