Agents talk too fast. It is hard for an older person to understand everything that is being said and is often said in a monotone voice. Very hard to understand.
A lot of older persons have hearing issues.

I spent several hours talking with GoHealth folks, helping me go through the maze of different Medicare programs. I was first helped to apply to Humana , later to switch to Anthem Select for a better dental program which covers the dental denture I need. I really appreciate the support and help from GoHealth.

The call came as I pulled into a parking spot at a Walmart. It took an HOUR, and I finally had to tell the last person I spoke with to call me back in a couple of hours to finish up whatever spiel she had to do. She never called back.
On the better side, Samual was very good; calm, even-keeled.

I thought it went fairly fast,I didn't have any trouble understanding any of the representatives,the increased coverage is good to have,I like being able to keep my current doctor and local pharmacy

For the most part I had a good experience , but I am unclear and uncertain about the copay for hospital stays ! I never used to pay a copay for this ! Now it’s $300/day not very happy with that as I am about to have some more surgery as I explained to your representative ! May cancel this change !!!!
