I've had Humana Medicare since 002 and this is the first time I was informed of a different plan. Byron W. was very informative and helpful. I was afraid to change plans, but Byron explained clearly what new benefits I'd receive and it wouldn't cause a problem for me. Thank You Byron.

My first contact was with Pamela she tried to assist me, but the phone system wouldn't connect. She gave me Mickeal phone number and extension, I called was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. She answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns. This is a highly complex experience handle beautifully.

I found the representative of go Health extremely helpful in enrolling me in a new Humana advantage plan. All questions were answered and explained completely. They were able to enroll me in a plan that will give me an extra hundred dollars a month. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for healthcare coverage.
