I found the representative of go Health extremely helpful in enrolling me in a new Humana advantage plan. All questions were answered and explained completely. They were able to enroll me in a plan that will give me an extra hundred dollars a month. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for healthcare coverage.

In the future I would prefer to set an appointment to speak about such an important piece of business. My agent's greeting and beginning of the conversation was so robotic and did not build trust or present in a friendly manner. Once established with new agent, I felt comfortable that she took her time to find me everything I am entitled to in my county and with the coverage I chose.

I like that. I have zero co-pays on my doctors and I like that Villa R at Tanner . I have zero co-pays there and also like the food card that has a good allowance on that. I like that all my doctors are in the network and my medicines are zero co-pays, and all my medications are in the tears and there is nothing that I dislike about it

I was not satisfied with the time it took to go through the process of retaining a new medical insurance policy. The agent was long winded and repeated a lot of the script she was obviously reading. I asked if we could hurry it along and she replied "can you grab a cracker real quick" because I told her I needed to eat because I'm diabetic and wanted to eat! I believe she was obviously up in age and wanted to do things her way repeating things and forgetting what she said to me. If anything you take from this please shorten the script you have for your customer service representatives to read!!

The implementation of Wellcare that was done by Hazel P was done efficiently and professionally with care given by answering any concerns and questions. It seems that Wellcare might be a better fit for me in my location.
