GoHealth has been mostly good well I just had trouble with one customer service agent. The GoHealth is not backed by the insurance companies as I have been told by an insurance agent from United. They tell me that you are just sales people and that they are the ones who decide what my coverage is. I have been told that I cannot count on your promises or what information you currently have to know what my coverage actually includes. I am very, very, very disappointed with that and although I like GoHealth, I have found you're not necessarily reliable. I don't know what's going on between GoHealth and the insurance companies, but I am very disappointed.

Our representative was great to work with via phone. He thoroughly explained everything that we were looking for to help my 91 year old mother.
This plan starts Jan 1st and I’m look forward to UHC to take away my anxiety. Time will tell.
