Our representative was great to work with via phone. He thoroughly explained everything that we were looking for to help my 91 year old mother. This plan starts Jan 1st and I’m look forward to UHC to take away my anxiety. Time will tell.

According to a different Medicare agency, my new insurance was not registered correctly with CarePlus but I was extremely happy with Tara’s help to help me find the right coverage for me and I had thought that I was set on staying with WellCare until I realized that WellCare had really decreased their coverage compared with 2024 coverage and that it was not worth me staying with WellCare. She explained the benefits from WellCare compared to the benefits from CarePlus. Tara was amazing.

She is the first agent that really explained to me exactly what I could have in the program and what I didn't qualify for I am so pleased I think I've been with this program about 4 to 5 years but nevertheless the associate that took care of me did a fantastic job and I just received the letter today thank you very much to the young lady

I appreciated the thoroughness of the agent covering my physicians are being in the network, review of my medications and information on addition money being deposited into my social security. Comparisons of my current insurance with an alternative was very helpful.

Overall, the agents were professional, helpful and made the lengthy call tolerable. Combining both my husband’s and mine on the same call, with each of our plans delivered separately, we’re on the phone for 2 hours and 47 minutes.

Michele explained the best plan for what I needed because I was having some problems with my medications. She also said I could have more benefits with this plan. I JUMPED ON TO THIS PLAN. I am very happy with all of the work and time she spent on me.
