My agent's greeting and beginning of the conversation was so robotic and did not build trust or present in a friendly manner. Once established with new agent, I felt comfortable that she took her time to find me everything I am entitled to in my county and with the coverage I chose.

And our doctors and specialists are in the network. He reviewed our medications that we currently take.
