GoHealth has been mostly good well I just had trouble with one customer service agent. The GoHealth is not backed by the insurance companies as I have been told by an insurance agent from United. They tell me that you are just sales people and that they are the ones who decide what my coverage is. I have been told that I cannot count on your promises or what information you currently have to know what my coverage actually includes. I am very, very, very disappointed with that and although I like GoHealth, I have found you're not necessarily reliable. I don't know what's going on between GoHealth and the insurance companies, but I am very disappointed.

The agent I first got in contact with was the one I wanted to deal with. I left a message for her but I did not realize she had returned my call on another number. I get a ton of phone calls and usually delete/block them but she did get in touch. She solved all my anxiety about my health care. She deserves the GOLD STAR!

Well Care was AWEFUL! Changing my plan WITHOUT my knowledge or consent, 2 years ago I totally lost Medicare because they told me to ignore the letters, because they already did the assessment.
