According to a different Medicare agency, my new insurance was not registered correctly with CarePlus but I was extremely happy with Tara’s help to help me find the right coverage for me and I had thought that I was set on staying with WellCare until I realized that WellCare had really decreased their coverage compared with 2024 coverage and that it was not worth me staying with WellCare. She explained the benefits from WellCare compared to the benefits from CarePlus. Tara was amazing.

Andre was great in finding the best insurance for me. The only thing I would recommend is that he slows down on telling the insurance details. I was able to get the gest of it but would have understood more if he slowed down. I didn’t ask any questions or even asked him to slow down. I will be recommending Gohealth to others that need their assistance.

Over all I really enjoyed the service the lady that I had to talk with was so friendly and was really there to help and you could tell that she really wanted to. Only dislike would be that it takes so long. But that being said it was well with my time. I can now afford to go to the dr a little better and maybe not have to decide between groceries and meds. So thanks from the bottom of my heart.
