If people are head over heels in debt and don't want to file bankruptcy, this is a wonderful opportunity and it will help in the long run. It seems to be the easiest plan to use, they worked with me on the amount I needed to pay each month and they included legal fees in that totally fee. They are very professional and quick to negotiate on the customer's behalf. Customer support was able to answer all my questions and told me exactly what I needed to do. It was the best decision I made.

Financially, I was getting into more and more trouble and I saw an article or an email and looked into it. They're really informative and explain every step of the way. When I have a question, I am able to get a hold of a representative immediately, I don't have to wait long to speak to a live person. They were very direct with what to expect. The personal dashboard they provide allows me to go online anytime and look at the progress. Every time I take to them on the phone, they answer all my questions. They have a fee that they take out and they don't break it off in small payments like they do the other payments but other than that I have no problems. They are a good company and they do what they say but I wish the process was faster. The only negative thing is the creditors are still blowing up my phone.

At the beginning it was stressful, receiving phone calls from creditor and seeing my credit score drop. But months later the phone started to slow down. I saw my first settlement then the next one etc... now I have more freedom since I put 11 accounts and 5 of then has been resolved. If I wouldn't had use this program i would have not been able to settle those account. Six more account to go and I'll be debt free.

It was as easy as 1-2-3 to talk to a rep and get signed up for this program. This program has stopped the calls and the letters from my creditors which i enrolled in the program. It was great, excellent with my first two accounts. I felt as though I had to call repeatedly about the third account to see why there wasn't any progress. I had over 1/2 the amount owed in my account and still no progress towards a settlement. You then hired a third party to settle my account. It was paid off end of April, yet you still have my $433.02! I'll have to make another call. I also never received the 'Congrats! You've paid your debt' emails'. I received one the first two times I paid off accounts.

I would call for any information that I may need and they're very courteous when I call. They're always available. I'm glad I did it. I was a little worried at first because I've never done anything like that but I think it will prove to be beneficial. My graduation date was supposed to be in like September 2022 but it's been pushed back to September 2023, so I don't know what's going on there. When I first signed up, I didn't realize how much I would be paying for their services. That wasn't really clear to me but I feel like it's worth it.

They were always available to answer any questions. They give numerous feedback in various ways. I would say that almost on a daily basis they were sending emails to me that were very informative. They were constantly keeping me updated on the dashboard. They find out what you're most comfortable with and they will go with that. They don't make up a detailed program that is out of your reach. We've had some challenged when we call in to the regular customer service team where we get misinformation and recently we've had to go directly to a rep and not calling the main customer service line. When I call the customer service line things don't get resolved. It's been great with the person who's been helping us but it's been frustrating because I have to wait for them to be available. They pretty much resolved everything and did it for a lot less than we thought we could go. They need to have accuracy of data updates. They created a large confusion when they were settling it full time where it was unresolved when we thought it had been resolved.

They started helping me right away and got into action on paying off my debt. They already have concluded four of my debts if I'm not mistaken and it's only been maybe a year. They seem concerned and helpful in the process. Every time I call and had questions, they would answer them to my satisfaction and if I didn't understand it, they would take the time to explain it in detail so I was able to understand it. They've been really good about getting my settlement taken care of and I've gotten settlements paid off within a period of time and they've been really good. They are well known and they do a good job and whatever they do, they are very thorough about it. I was just drowning in debt and when I called and spoke with someone, they were able to relieve a lot of my stress and pressure. Whenever I've contacted the customer service and have questions, they answered everything I needed to ask. They've been doing pretty good work for me as far as getting my settlement.This is my second time with them and I called them back and started my program again with them because I was satisfied the first time. I kind of feel that their fees are a little bit excessive but you do what you have to do.

They're always very prompt about finding out what I asked a question about. I was scared to death when I first started doing this and they are taking care of bills and I'm just relieved. You can always get ahold of somebody to calm you down if you're nervous about something. They take care of my money and pay off whatever and then let me know what's in there if I call them.

They always let me know what's going on and what stage I'm in. They just sort of keep you in the know of what's going on. They will text me to text them back immediately to let them know if they can go ahead with something. One thing I appreciate is that they did make me aware that credit score would go down but that it would eventually come back up. I thought that was good rather than it being a complete surprise to me. They put my monthly payments on something I could afford.

There's just something about the way they handle the call. The way they handled my request. I've worked in customer service so I can tell good customer service and they've got it down very well. They seem to have gotten good settlement so far. I mean, I've actually had it paid off a little bit more than half of what I owe, so they've had very good settlements.

Every time that I had a question, the rep answered it very clearly and simply to the best they could explain in layman's terms so I could understand it. They pretty much kept me up to date. They did not make any changes that I wasn't able to understand and I gave the permission. I did not expect that amount of a fee to be taken out for services. I thought it was a bit much.

Every time I've called them they for the most part always have been very helpful in taking care of me, whatever my questions or concerns were. They've pretty much done what they promised to do. The customer service is very thorough in explaining what they are going to do and what my steps were and especially how long it might take and what the process was. It's been very easy to handle the process of working with the credit card companies through them. I feel pretty confident Freedom Debt is going to resolve the issue. The rep was wonderful and walked me through every single step and I felt really safe doing it. I thought my credit score was going to plummet and at first it looks like they've been making payments to my debtors and my credit score is poor but it's not as low as I thought. I thought I was going to end up paying less money but it took a while before things took place so I ended up paying a little bit higher than I was expecting.

They have helped me more then ever! I have been with them for almost a year and they are understanding they have helped me when I need to move a payment date back and if I only had half they took that and I found that to be so amazing. I never thought about debt relief until one of FDR's cust serv people contacted me and explained their product. I'd been struggling with credit cards but their help sounded as if I could do better. I turned my CC debt over to them, followed their directions about interacting with my creditors. It was hard not making the monthly payments, waiting on the companies to settle. I started increasing my monthly payments to FDR to shorten the 48 month payment time frame. I hope to shorten the payment time to FDR even more in the near future. The CS people are always very nice and answer any questions or concerns. It seems to be a solid way to reduce CC debt so far. They offered a bank loan so I could make sure all my repayment monry was in the pot , perhaps they could secure settlements quicker, I refused that as i didnt want any further debt. Nothing further was said.., no one badgered me. I'm only part way though my settlements. So far so good. Ask me in anither year. Yes I'll recomment the services of FDR to anyone.

FDR has been very easy to work with from day one. Everyone is always so helpful and answers all my questions and concerns. The program has really taken been a good way for me to get things in order. I was so worried about paying off all my debt and the monthly payments were almost too much for me to handle. Now that I am in the program I make the one monthly payment and I don't have to worry about late fees for payments to creditors that I may have missed. I feel I can breathe again without stressing every month on the bills.

Every time I call they have a solution to whatever the question is and whatever the problem is. We already have two of my debtors that I havve payments going to them to negotiate. They've always been really good to help me and make the right decisions. They just have really been good to us. They're just really good on wha tthey do. They saved us almost ten thousand dollars worth of interest on the loans and the bills. They really are interested in helping people to get to the point where they're out of debt.
