It's been a few months that I've been with you guys and I got 3 credit cards already worked on and I'm making 1 monthly payment and it's manageable now. They keep me updated by emailing me. I never had any problem with them every time I email and text them they let me know what's going on, how it is working, when something settles. The communication is great.

They keep me updated all the time. I knew exactly what was going on with my account. I can go into the dashboard and it's extremely convenient and outstanding. I was nervous to do FDR but I don't have any regret. Everything's been good and I'm getting the best of their help and support. Whenever I need anything, they're always there to help and it doesn't matter when or what it is about. They have a nice dashboard where I can see everything going on. I can sleep at night now. I know I still have debt to pay but now I'm getting helped and I'll have it paid off sooner than if I was doing it on my own.

I also want to say they were very courteous as far as when I got a call and I was nervous and stuff, they were right there. They were very professional. By far, the best company. They don't put you on hold, they answer your questions. No one is negative, so I'm happy. As soon as you sign up with them, they take care of you the whole way, they make it not stressful for you. They had the solution to help me work through my debt and they've done everything they said they would do plus. Whenever I called, they knew what they were talking about and were able to answer any questions I had or any problems that I had. Customer service has always been very helpful. Anytime I have to call them, they respond immediately, they always friendly, they're non-judgemental about my issues. They've done very good. I'm getting there, I have 9 credit cards and bank stuff and almost all of them are paid off because of freedom debt relief and because of the work they negotiate. I no longer have to worry about creditors, they don't call me anymore. I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. It's going to get better.

The customer service is polite and easy to work with. When I first got in, we had two problems and they were just so kind and so patient with me. I was very very impressed. This was a hard thing for me, but they made it a lot easier. It was a nice surprise when I discovered I was eligible to get a loan. It's been a lot easier than I thought and everybody is very patient. The price is a little high and I wasn't aware that some of the cards would be charging me and that was a little bit of a shock and I wasn't happy with that.

They were real, they were friendly and knowledgeable, and very supportive. They did a fantastic job on diminishing the the payment I had to make to the debt that I had. I would just recommend it to any of my friends. Everything was fine I was really impressed with how they worked it out. The only problem was in the beginning when you volunteer to to go into bad credit, it was just hard on me it is really hard on me but there's nothing that can be done about that.

They're reliable, they're efficient they seem to be effective in the work that they are doing and I feel great deal of confidence that I am kept in the loop. They keep you know keep the communication lines pretty steady as far as when they're settling accounts and you know specially when we need to give our approvals on it and if there's any changes or anything we need to do they've been pretty responsive so by just probably say overall they're just very responsive and they're very communicative too. They've settled about every account I owe, and at least 50% of all my debt. That's phenomenal in my book. It was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The people that work for Freedom Debt Relief are very easy to talk to and they're not judgemental, they listen to what you have to say and they're very understanding probably because they deal with it daily but it's been very easy to deal with them because they don't judge you.

Their support was always helpful. They were real quick to explain everything and anytime that you felt nervous or uncomfortable about a situation, they took the time to make you feel better. It was a really good program where I was able to use my money to get out of debt and they didn't pressure me to take out any loan to get me further into debt. That was the best decision I ever made.

They keep you informed as to what they're paying off and and they're really good about making settlements that are in my favor. They have a legal program too which in case you get sued or something, they handle all of it the legal part. It was an excellent decision, I don't have to worry about the debt anymore. They let you know what they've done, so you know where you stand and they just handle everything. I couldn't have done it on my own.

I needed help financially. I checked a few other companies before I talked to someone at Freedom Debt Relief - they seemed to work best for me. I turned over my situation to them and they took care of it. I don't have to worry about it.
They always answer the phone. They take care of business and are curious, professional, and they seem to take interest in what my situation is. They try to help me out.

Every time I call in there they always seem to know what they're doing I never really have any issues and if I do have any questions they always seem to be able to figure it out. Then if they don't have the answer then and there they always make sure that do give me an answer and in a pretty decent amount of time. They give you an estimate of how long it'll take to settle a debt, and they're pretty good at sticking to it.

Anytime I had questions or concerns or advice, they were always very attentive, very knowledgeable at all times. They do what they say and so far they've settled about six accounts out of ten and saved me a considerable amount of money and also I didn't have to file for bankruptcy so I was able to continue to hold on to a couple of credit cards. I would highly recommend it to anyone that's in a financial bind, maybe jobless like myself as well as medical bills. I would highly recommend it over bankruptcy any day and I think it's a great service it's a great company to go through.

I received emails on at first almost a daily basis and then if they needed anything, it was done by email, everything's in paper form and it can be traced, it could be tracked or whatever by me with no trouble and I just feel like they kept up with it and any news they got, they passed on to me immediately. I really don't think in the length of time that they've been working for me there's no way that I could have done for myself what they have done for me. They have just gone well above the call of duty I believe in trying to help me get this straightened out.

A couple of occasions, I've needed to get more detailed information from a lawyer on staff there, I've not gotten a satisfactory release but I would say a satisfactory response with everything else though when I talked to someone live and with my questions. They've been very reassuring, very much positive and pretty much my whole experience with them has been on track from exactly the way they explain what was going to happen. In the eleven months I've been working with them I could not be happier.

Everyone I have come in contact with has been kind and hasn't made me feel like I was a loser. When I was feeling really low they made me feel much more encouraged about the progress and how things were going. They would give me a call every couple of weeks to touch base. They are always available for my calls and they showed me how to use the dashboard, so I can check on things myself.

Working with them, they've just been very very positive. They really work with you as long as you know if you're having some trouble. They're really helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. They are very very good at communicating. They send emails and they also have the dashboard as well and sometimes I just call. I have been with the company for a couple of months and my credit score has gone up already significantly. I wish I would have done it sooner because then I would be debt free already.

They're always there if you need them all you have to do is call or email but they're always there when you need them so that's the biggest thing right there for support. They have what they call a dashboard that I can bring up with my email and it gives me all the current things that they're doing and which things they are going to do next. It's very informational and I like that. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.

If there are any problems, they inform me right away. They're customer service is very considerate, and they inform you about what's available when it comes to their services. They give you a pretty good understanding of how their process is, and make you feel confident that you're doing the right thing. I'm really glad I went with them, because the Attorney's have been very prompt with any legal questions.

Customer support is quick to answer me, unlike other companies who put you on 20 different holds. I like talking to actual people and they answer exactly what you need. They continually send out emails, and if I look at my client dashboard they give me nice info about what's going on. They've done everything they promised me they would do. I talked to a guy who knew about their program and I felt good about going with them. They seemed pretty reasonable, which is why I went with Freedom. Their customer service department has been very helpful, and they keep you updated with what they're doing. They always send out updates so you know where they're at with your debts. They've stopped me being bombarded to death by creditors, so I'm very satisfied with what they're doing.

Customer service isn't perfect, but they're pretty darn good. I don't agree with some of their practices, but I like that they contact you through their client dashboard. I would recommend that if someone is going with this company to only make payments to them as needed. They'll encourage you to make large deposits, but they're use those fees to handle their services.

I was badly in debt, and had to have my family help me survive in making the minimum payments. Freedom has done a beautiful job and I've now caught up with their consolidation program. Customer service has always been there for me and help you understand what's going on. They have a client dashboard that allows you to check and see what they're doing and what they've accomplished. Everytime I've talked to someone in customer service, they've been helpful and polite in helping me with what I've asked for. I've been getting out of debt faster than I thought. Every time I had an issue or question I was able to call up at any time and they'd have the answers for me. They updated me through text, email, phone call, and they have an online website where you can go to see everything they do. They had quick results on most of our creditors. At the beginning it's a little stressful, but once they start talking with your creditors it helps.

They respond to you immediately, there's no hold to wait for someone. They will keep you posted by email or text. I can go into my account where there's a dashboard that will tell you when the next payment is due. You just need to give them a chance to negotiated, for me they've already negotiated with three banks. My balance was $2200, and the banks settled for eight. Another bank was for $1800 and they settled for seven.

They have taken control of speaking to my creditors, taking care of things, letting me know when they have reached the an agreement with someone so that I can sign off on it, its been a very good experience. They have the dashboard I can check all the time, they let me know when they reach the settlement so that I can sign off for it so that I'm aware every month of what's going on. They have taken all the weight of the debt settlement off me. I don't have to negotiate with people, I don't have to worry about it because they are taking care of it.
