I was so overwhelmed with the sudden changes in my life that contributed to not being able to fulfill my financial responsibilities. Every time I call they have a solution to whatever the question is and whatever the problem is. We already have two of my debtors that I havve payments going to them to negotiate. When I've sent them an email and within a day or two they have responded back and tell me that they have received my email and I think that's very important that they keep the communication going. Everyone that I've come in contact with on the phone, email, or whatever the contact is, it's been very positive.

They've always been really good to help me and make the right decisions. They just have really been good to us. They're just really good on wha tthey do. They saved us almost ten thousand dollars worth of interest on the loans and the bills. They really are interested in helping people to get to the point where they're out of debt. Even when I ran into a problem when I had to not take the money for the payments that month, they were always really positive about it.

The money they ask for is very very reasonable. They explained everything and how they did it at the beginning. I've been with them for five years I think it is and everything they said and that they were going to do is what they have done. If they need to change something, they explain it to you and what would happen if they changed it and how it would interfere. They were very very informative. They're the best. They do what they tell you they're going to do and they stand behind it.

First of all, speaking with the salesman to get started, I was really kind of skeptical because I never had done anything like that and I got real comfortable talking to her and she explained it so well. If I have any questions about anything that's going on, she was just always there and always kind and remembered me and so pleasant. The communication has been great and I've saved money already and should be over about halfway through the program.

They treat me with dignity and respect and help me and guide me in a good direction that I need to go to resolve this situation. When you call in, the representatives are very knowledgeable. The people are very friendly and they answer all questions that you present to them. I'm very pleased with the result. After something came up and I needed to have an extension, they would accommodate me and when I called for an additional payment, they would accommodate me and their service is excellent. I have been with them for over twelve months and I've made over twenty five payments and they've settled three accounts.

Freedom Debt Relief has so far delivered on the things that they promised. My wife and I started an account with them last summer and 7 months in they have already negotiated settlements for 3 of our 8 accounts. Their customer service department has always been helpful and polite even when we had an unexpected expense which caused us to have to skip a payment I called them up and they helped me postpone my payment.

Every time I call or have a questions, they always answer it or find out and call me back and give me an answer and response. They get back to me right away. They worked on my problem right away. They started figuring out how to take the easiest one to pay off first and get rid of them so that we can concentrate on the bigger ones later on. The woman I spoke to was really awesome on the phone and she assured me that it's very easy to get in to and it's been I think over a yeaer now and I'm super happy with it. Anytime I've had questions I was able to reach somebody on the phone and almost immediately during their office hours. Also the chat feature on the website on the dashboard is really helpful too. They've always been nothing but nice to deal with. It was super fast and super easy. Everytime I got a settlement alert instead of having to be on the phone at my job. They are really willing to negotiate on your behalf.

Sometimes there's a little confusion with multiple messages about the same thing, but for the most part when you reach out directly, they do a good job of trying to straighten everything out. Everytime I call, I get an actual person and they don't have to transfer me from person to person. The person that I call knows the answer to my situation and can help me right away. They keep you informed and do what they say they're going to do. It relieves your mind to know somebody is working on this and professing. They're accomplishing their goal which is my goal. They are progressing as long as you pay every month and they take out a certain amount of money from your funds and set it aside and that's the money they use to negotiate with the creditors and they do a very good job of it too. Everything seems to be going along very nicely and the goal is being reached.

There's always somebody there from customer support. They don't put you on hold and they actually ease all your problems with simple answers. They are very good. I had my first debt cleared a lot quicker than they had estimated. I'm very happy with it. It actually sayves me money and they do the negotiating with the company so I basically just sit back and let them do the work. Everybody has been fantastic. From the first call, everybody has been really wonderful.

When I spoke to the young man at Freedom, I was very impressed with what he told me they could do. We had a couple bad years and some tragedy in the family which had gotten us in some financial trouble. We have been with them several years now and my debt is coming down faster than I could have ever done on my own. I have only had to call customer service a couple of times and they were always there and if they couldn't answer my questions, the representative called me back in the same day.

I was having problems after my mother passed away and I had a lot of bills from taking care of her and I am very happy with my decision to sign up. I would highly recommend it. I am about halfway there and they have already taken care of a lot of things. I have already recommended it to a friend. After I saw the ad for them on the internet, I contacted them by phone and their representative was very professional and very knowledgeable. I have never had to wait long to talk to customer support and I have never been disappointed with the person I was speaking with. Sometimes I think the fee is a little steep but they let you know up front about how everything is going to be.

I would recommend it to anybody. I needed help and couldn't do it by myself and I was lucky and they were there. They have been like a second family to me. I saw it happen within a week. It was like somebody took a load of brick off my back and I could breathe again. It was a life saver. They answer phone calls, I am not on hold for half an hour and hey truly care about what's going on with my finances. It is nice to have somebody looking after me.

Their website is very user friendly and they always return your phone calls and emails right away. They notify you on your settlements. They know the time table that they need to use to get you the best deal. At first I didn't want to use them because I did not think they were a real program but I was not pleased with the customer service of another debt management program. If you are patient and let them work on your plan they will move things along quickly and they will try to get your credit score up within six months.

I had read some good things about freedom and I was impressed by the salesman that came to my house. I don't have to worry about money with them. I think what they do is good. I am pleased with the way they get in and negotiate down what you owe to creditors. They really work hard with me and have been very communicative with what they are doing and we ae starting to pay off bills.

I saw an ad on TV and I really wanted so see what they were talking about. They seemed to be really good so I signed up. I have been with them a year now and I am completely satisfied. I would recommend them to anybody who needed relief from their back. Customer service is truly excellent, any concern I had, I go the answers right away. You can see where you are as far as paying off your debts on their dashboard so I know where my money is going. I see the results. I am thankful for this service.

Initially I was hesitant but they made it really easy. They explained everything and their app on my phone was easy to use. It simplified everything for me because I just set up my automatic payment to them and they took care of all the accounts. They were aggressive in contacting me debtors and as soon as they came up with an offer the would send me an email. Most of the time when I emailed them, they emailed me right back.

The customer service gets right back to you. There's not even an hour delay in the time that they get back with you if you have any kind of issue or concern. They immediately get right back to you. I think that sometimes when I get letters from the debtors, they already have one picked out that they're going to pay off. I wish they would pay them off differently. The people that you talk to are very very kind and they listen to your whole situation before they take into consideration the things that you have to sell.

They keep in contact with you at all times. They let you know if there's any changes with your credit and everything like that. If they need you in any way, they always get in contact right away. It's been the greatest experience I've had. I can't be happier. The customer support always responds well. When I contact them with a problem, there's not any pressure put on you. It's just all very accommodating. They contact me by email. It was just very easy and right there but not overwhelming. They contacted me only when it was necessary. I think it's a very easy program to cooperate with and you can see what's going on usually on the website. If you have any questions, you can call and I've always gotten great responses when I've called with questions.

Every Time I've called, the customer service has been helpful and answered all my questions. I got out of debt because they negotiated with the creditors and did things that I wouldn't have had the ability to do. The only negative thing I would have to say is that I referred my sister and my brother-in-law a while back and I never got the referral money I thought I was supposed to be able to get.

Anytime I call them for any information, they've always been very helpful. They've always known and had an answer immediately. They haven't had to go look for anything. They send me updates constantly and call me to make sure everything's okay and if there is anything they can do for me. They're just very helpful. I know this probably is not their fault but it takes a little longer than I thought it was going to take to get everything settled. It matters how much money you're putting into your account and how they can settle things, I just wish they could go faster.
