I am an active participant of the freedom Debt Relief Program and I am very impressed with the way they are handling my debt. At first it was no way to solve my problems because even the bank I was working with was trying to help me because I was working with another company instead of theirs. I decided not to be defeated and continue to work with Freedom Debt Relief. The program is very helpful and considerate in the problem you may encounter along the way. They have solutions that you can try to help the situation. The banks tell you one thing and do something else. I am still relatively new to the experience, having just started in the middle of January, 2024. However, I wanted to provide this review because in just a brief month and a half I have already received my first settlement and I am on the way to even more progress!
I will admit, the first few months are still a bit unnerving since I continue to receive collection calls and certified mail stating that my account has gone to collections. This has been the most challenging part of the program, especially for someone who has never been late on a payment before - until several life circumstances in rapid succession threw a wrench into the works and everything started to fall apart.
Reaching out to Freedom Debt Relief happened after I had exhausted every other option, thinking I could figure it out on my own, which only led me into more financial distress. After making the first call I realized I was in the right place! Everyone I spoke with handled my situation in such a caring and supportive way, with absolutely NO judgement. I put my financial burden into their hands, and began making the pre-determined payments into my account. I kept in contact with them every time I received a notice or if my debt was turned over to collections, and they took it from there! They are phenomenal to work with and very reassuring. I was very nervous at first but when that first settlement occurred, I knew I was going to be able to see my way out of this mess. I still have a road ahead of me, but now, knowing that this program WORKS, I am able to navigate it with much less stress and anxiety! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Freedom Debt Relief! My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner!

I joined Freedom Debt Relief about four months ago because I needed to consolidate my growing debt. I found them on the Forbes top five organizations for consolidation debt, and I called all of them. Out of all five, I chose Freedom Debt Relief because they were upfront, called me back immediately, were willing to work with my unique circumstances, and got me enrolled almost immediately. Furthermore, I've had to do very little work. I simply stopped auto-payment on some of my debt and haven't answered any of my debt collectors. Why? Freedom will explain all of that to you. Last, whenever I have needed advice on anything, they email me back almost immediately with easy, laymen's language, and I couldn't be happier. I have complete trust in this company, and I can't wait until all my debt is paid off. Patience is worth it, and I was still able to hold on to a couple of small accounts to manage on my own. Freedom means...well...freedom. Freedom gives you all the power and decisions related to your account. I highly suggest you choose them.

What i disliked is that there are times when there seems to be a lack of communication within certain departments, i.e. customer service and the negotiation departments, as well as the fact that when you upload documents and you call to advise the team that you have uploaded documents that are urgent, it doesnt get addressed or should i say, acknowledged. I have to call to advise representatives that i had uploaded documents and i have not heard from anyone, can someone address this matter urgently. My loans were being negotiated at one point, rapidly and creditors were sending me letters to counteract the negotiations.
there is also the ledger/accounting procedure. this need to be much clearer for clients to understand properly, because my monthly deposits are automatically withdrawn and there will be times when i see "loans" are being deposited, and there were at least one or 2 occasions with a creditor where negotiations fell through yet i was charged fees and when it went through again for the same amount of money, i was charged fees again. I had to be consistent in calling and following up and had to be checking almost daily to ensure that things were going or moving after i authorized payments.
There are other discrepancies like customer service, one or 2 members got rude and hung up on me and almost tried to "reprimand" me when i was explaining my situation.

We ran into problems with medical bills and couldn't pay a lot of our credit cards and stuff like that. I came across Freedom Debt Relief's number and I gave them a call, and we got all set up with them and they've been doing a great job since. They've been able to answer all our questions if we've ever had a problem. They've explained what we needed to do. So they've been very helpful. They've done a tremendous job up to now and there's kind of light at the end of the tunnel and I can thank them for that.

Freedom debt relief saved me tremendously! I was in way over my head 4 years ago making minimum payments on my credit cards :( I called them, they set up my program and I faithfully made my monthly deposit and they did the rest! They do charge their fees, but it's worth it. I never got a call from any of my creditors and they absolutely take care of all negotiations! I am so very grateful for them! I just graduated the program this month :) Now I am going into my retirement years pretty much debt free! Thanks Again FDR! I would recommend them to anyone:)

I saw their commercials, looked up their reviews and they had a good reputation. Freedom Debt Relief was always available, they did not waste my time. They told me what they would do and they kept their word. They would send me emails monthly and text me when they got to a point where they were able to make a settlement. And they would give me a call.

From my initial contact with FDR through almost 3 years in the program, I have never had a bad experience with any of the service reps. I have 9 accounts in the program and all but 1 has been resolved. They do what they say they will do. If you stick with the programmed savings deposits as required, their system works. Yes you should be prepared to take a credit score hit, but the program beats making minimum payments for the rest of your life. The $$ you are saving in the long run is substantial and you can control how fast the system works for you

They contact my credit cards and loans and work with them how much I will pay. I had 6 accounts and just finished paying off all the cards and loans. Because of coronavirus we had three factories shut down and I lost several hundred clients and I could not make payments. I am very happy I went through freedom with everything that has happened. They will got to bat foy you. Most of the accounts were settled for half or less. I am happy with that. Whenever we had a question or problem, they were right there. Whenever something got settled. They text me to see if I agree to the settlement.

Every time I called because I needed help with something or I needed to lower my payment because of covid, they were very helpful and pleasant. It seemed like it took longer than they set out with. Excellent. I contacted them but I then I resisted. They told me the truth. My borderline credit rating would plummet, which it did at first. But as the program progressed and we were legally paying off my debt, in 1.5 years of a 4 year payoff plan my credit rating is almost back to where it was when I enrolled and I am over 30,000 lower is my debt

It was great journey. Really thankful for the help to get rid of my debt. Just one thing FDR should clearly define what are their service charges at the time of settlement. And also NLLG law firm should be helpful instead of rushing to close the settlement. I did not got proper help from NLLG law firm they did not helped me while settlling my BOA account. They did not fight for rescuing principal amount they only reduced intrest amount of my credit and I end up paying whole amount which I actually owe to BOA. I was not expecting from NLLG law firm. But still I am very happy with FDR program.

When I had a question, which was not that often, the representatives are courteous and very helpful. I really didn’t want to file for bankruptcy so I contacted freedom. They have negotiated for me and made the whole process easier. They saved me a lot of money. My experience with Freedom debt relief has been so good from day one. I talked to a great and understanding person, who never judged me or ask me down questions. They checked on me from time to time to see how I was doing. And even when a bill showed up afterward, they call me to ask if I wanted that bill added. Hey I cant say anything but goodness from this company. They dont know me from anybody else they talk to, but I could not tell. Grat people, great conversation, will lead to a great ending. Oh dont forget when u look on your phone and see when you are need to approve a debt .

The process has been very low maintenance and basically runs on autopilot as long as you make your scheduled deposits. I started FDR in 2018 with a little over $25,000 in debt. FDR representatives were so helpful as they explained the program. I made extra payments as often as possible get through the program faster. I was so beside myself to pull the triger on starting with FDR it took me at least a year. I always had a great credit score and I knew that would be going away and it did. As of yesterday my high score of the three has hit 690 which is not great but I have about 2 years to finish the program with FDR and I beleave my score will be great again which is what FDR told me would happen. If you are anything like me don't wait I lost a year this program is just as told.

Customer service is always available and willing to go above and beyond to answer your question and don't leave you unsatisfied. They're good negotiators. They make settlement, they make them quick. They pay them on time so it's not like some other programs I've heard of where it can get worse and worse because they don't make their payments on time once they make a settlement. The service is completely handled for you. You don't ever have to deal with it, just continue to make your personal payments on time and the rest of it is just going to go.

It's a really great program, it makes sense and I haven't had any problems with it. You have a personal dashboard online with them and they show you where everything is going and when things are paid off. I've never felt like I didn't know what was going on. They are so understanding. Just really, really good customer service. I got text messages and emails telling me what was going onwithmy account and I can always go on to the client dashboard to look at the account as well. They're really good at their service but it's just unfortunate that my credit score has to take such a deep dive in order for the settlement to be completed.

They were upfront about everything and the way everything was set up was very easy to navigate and whatever I didn't understand they helped me to figure out. They send very regular emails and there's a dashboard that shows you exactly where your money si going when it's collected and how long it'll take to pay off each account. We are glad that we chose Freedom Debt Relief. We had too much debt and FDR helped us by contacting our creditors to see if they would lower the amount we owed them. FDR has been successful getting four of our creditors to lower our debt with them. We are now paying our reduced debt to each creditors through FDR. They have done a great job for us.
