Overall I would call it seamless. It was so great to have the help and to have them pretty much handle it and then we pay the required percent. It was totally worth it. There was a couple hiccups just in the final paperwork but a couple phone calls cleared that up and I hope to receive my graduation packet in the mail any day! My credit rating is already going back up woohoo! When I had questions throughout the process the customer service reps were fabulous!!

As the company name says Relief. The company offered options concerning our debt, they were understanding and nonjudgmental. The representatives are friendly professionals which speak to you with ease and answer all your questions. The customer support is great, you can upload any documents with ease and not worry about constant phone calls from the company. As a client, the articles about navigating the process are well written and interesting. We have yet to see a con with this company, we have only experienced pros. Keep up the good work!

FDR has everthing it said it would do help me resolve my debt. They told me from the det go what I needed to do, what my creditors would most likley do, and what I should do. In less than a year 50% of my debt has been settled and I look forward to the rest also comming to a settlement. It looks like my 48 month settlement time line could be 12 to 18 month. .

Signing up is a good decision when you have overwhelming debt. They are a good company. There is no upfront money, you pay a percentage of what you have so it's great that you're not paying a huge chunk of your personal money up front. Their customer service was able to walk me through the hard times. In less than 6 months we've already dealt with all four of our credit card problems.

I didn't want to worry about getting phone calls from my creditors that I didn't have enough money to pay for and they handled my issues. I'm almost done and it didn't take too long. I knew it was going to last a couple of years but it passed along as I made the payments. They're flexible on the times of payments and I was able to adjust my payment schedule.

They have worked well with my husband and I. They have been upfront and honest on how their program works and what is hard about it. If I have a question or don't understand something, I call customer service and they are able to clear it up for me. I appreciate that they are professional. They're honest, they help me. I didn't understand the dashboard, but they walked me thoruhg it so now I can do it. FDR Has been totally up front with all communications and has been very helpful with the entire program. I would recommend their services to anyone that needs help with extreme debts. They have and will take care of your problems If you need legal help they have a firm on hand to step in and take care of any and all your legal problems as needed. I have only had one duty to do and that was to make sure the monthly payment was deposited to my account with them. Which has not been difficult. Again I would feel great to turn anyone over to FDR anytime. They are great and get the job done.

I've been with them before and they cleared up my debt previously and it was very easy and fast. Every time I call and have questions, they're right there. I even had a situation where I was going to be taking a lot of overcharge and they handled the whole situation and I had no problems at all. Very easy. After careful and long research, I contacted Freedom and they took the time to give an excellent explanation of their program and how it would benefit me. They always answer my questions and go beyond by asking if I had any further questions and if I absolutely understood the explanation. They were very timely and kept me abreast of my progress and my goals. They thoroughly explained what the benefits were but they always explained what some of the challenges could be. It was a very wise and needed decision.

They're always extremely pleasant. They never make you feel like you're a bad person because of the situation that you got yourself into. There's not guilt or shame with all the stuff. They're always very courteous. It may just be my misunderstanding or maybe a lack of transparency but I don't understand the process but every two weeks I'm putting in two hundred and fifty dollars and I've been doing that now for almost a year and I haven't had any of my debts, even small ones consolidated.

I highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anybody that is going through some financial problems. I thought it was going to ruin my credit, which it did, but as I go along in the program it is becoming more stable and getting better. It doesn't ruin it as much as bankruptcy so I feel it is a good choice. I am happy with the program, there is real communication there. I feel I can breathe better and have less to worry about.

They've worked well with me and they've made it a very simple process to get out of debt. You have to make the commitment to yourself but they work well. The employees are very helpful but sometimes you don't get the answer you want, but they have a process and they take good care of you. I think they are trustworthy and I haven't had any issues with my information. I am very comfortable with my decision to sign up. I knew I would be taking a hit on my credit score at least for a while but not that I have paid of multiple accounts, it is improving every month.

Overall I have had outstanding customer service and satisfaction. I did have to call to Defer-payments until a later date and the person I spoke with last time, well let''s kust say the first bad interaction. Hennessy I think. Kinda of scolding me d stated that I am in jeopardy to losing contracts which I get but she was condescending. I will have to defer two payment in August so I can pay my property taxes and she said I will be in jeopardy again very scolding. I get that she has to share but not in a very belittling manner. And I will be paying my property taxes.

I feel relieved. It has given me peace of mind. We signed up because our credit cards had grown exponentially and we wanted to get a handle on it. They're very trustworthy. They're always in touch with me and have worked with me. I haven't even been with the program a year and I've made great progress and settled three out of seven. If people are head over heels in debt and don't want to file bankruptcy, this is a wonderful opportunity and it will help in the long run. It seems to be the easiest plan to use, they worked with me on the amount I needed to pay each month and they included legal fees in that totally fee. They are very professional and quick to negotiate on the customer's behalf. Customer support was able to answer all my questions and told me exactly what I needed to do. It was the best decision I made.

The personal dashboard they provide allows me to go online anytime and look at the progress. Every time I take to them on the phone, they answer all my questions. They have a fee that they take out and they don't break it off in small payments like they do the other payments but other than that I have no problems. They are a good company and they do what they say but I wish the process was faster. The only negative thing is the creditors are still blowing up my phone.

At the beginning it was stressful, receiving phone calls from creditor and seeing my credit score drop. But months later the phone started to slow down. I saw my first settlement then the next one etc... now I have more freedom since I put 11 accounts and 5 of then has been resolved. If I wouldn't had use this program i would have not been able to settle those account. Six more account to go and I'll be debt free.

It was as easy as 1-2-3 to talk to a rep and get signed up for this program. This program has stopped the calls and the letters from my creditors which i enrolled in the program. All associates that I have had contact are the politest and most friendly people, always willing to help and I can't say that I've never gotten satisfaction when I call or email them with a question or problem. Experience with Freedom Debt Relief (FDR) has been outstanding. From the beginning everything has been explained in detail, the dashboard has kept me up to date on what is going on. Since the beginning as of May 2014 there has been constant communications via Email as to each account's status, settlements including the amount settled, and when it has been completely settled. It was great, excellent with my first two accounts. I felt as though I had to call repeatedly about the third account to see why there wasn't any progress. I had over 1/2 the amount owed in my account and still no progress towards a settlement. You then hired a third party to settle my account. It was paid off end of April, yet you still have my $433.02! I'll have to make another call. I also never received the 'Congrats! You've paid your debt' emails'. I received one the first two times I paid off accounts.

I would call for any information that I may need and they're very courteous when I call. They're always available. I'm glad I did it. I was a little worried at first because I've never done anything like that but I think it will prove to be beneficial. My graduation date was supposed to be in like September 2022 but it's been pushed back to September 2023, so I don't know what's going on there. When I first signed up, I didn't realize how much I would be paying for their services. That wasn't really clear to me but I feel like it's worth it.

Everyone at Freedom Debt helped me out. They were very knowledgeable about what was going on and gave me the correct information. All of the proceedings have gone through well. They were always available to answer any questions. They give numerous feedback in various ways. I would say that almost on a daily basis they were sending emails to me that were very informative. They were constantly keeping me updated on the dashboard. They find out what you're most comfortable with and they will go with that. They don't make up a detailed program that is out of your reach. All the strategies or plans are what you're able to do.

I saw an ad and then just called them and they explained it very thoroughly. It seemed pretty painless so I just moved forward with it. They've been very responsive when I've called and had questions. The website is very self-explanatory. They do what they say they're going to do as far as negotiating settlements. Because of their communication and their expertise in explaining the program, I felt comfortable with the whole process and how it was presented and it just felt right.
