Great program. I tried negotiating on my own, what a pain, the bullish attitude most Credit card companies have was hard to take. FDR was the answer. It takes time and patience on the consumers part for the program to work. I have been in the program over 3 years , several settlements later, one in July and September, I can see how the program is working for me. My credit has improved, I have learned to live without a credit card, within my means and best part NO creditor calls. I know it is my responsibility to keep track of my credit, make my payments every month and just set back and let the program work.

I unfortunately went through a hardship so I had to use them, but I'm glad I did because they are a very good company and they answer all my questions and they are doing everything that they said they're gonna do. They try and negotiate as low as they can and they work with you when it comes to payments. I have a client dashboard and whenever there's something that needs to be done, they'll send me an email saying to check in client dashboard. THey give me regular updates every couple of months with whatever's going on my account so they're helpful. The representatives are always professional and always working with you. You know whenver I need to speak to smoenoe, you know there's always someone available.

For nearly five years, I was relying on credit to help pay for my aging parents to receive care. My mother had to move into a full-time Alzheimer’s memory care center. Shortly after, my father had to go into assisted living. We were already using my Mom’s Social Security and my Dad’s retirement pay to cover the costs for my Mom. When Dad required help, it was up to me to cover the financial side of things. The interest on the credit cards just kept building. Suddenly, I was being crushed by the debt. I just couldn’t keep up with the payments and still be able to pay rent and buy food. Freedom Relief was the answer for me. It’s been painful to watch my good credit rating sink, but now that the debt has been negotiated, I can begin to rebuild my credit.

I have only had one issue so far. I thought one of my creditors was enrolled in the program. I got a letter saying I was being sue by the creditor. I immediately called FDR. They told me it could not be enrolled since the creditor had sued me. I called the lawyers associated with FDR. And, they said the same thing. The creditor was originally out in the list to be enrolled. I did t realize it was not enrolled until I got a summons. I still have not gotten a reason as to why it was never enrolled. I finally gave up and am having to pay a reduced amount to the creditor...not happy, but that has been my only issue.

Ever since I was so broke to even make a payment, I saw a Facebook post comes up for FDR and I was able to do the quote. At the end there was a number and I called and he had all my info, and we talked numbers and what I could afford. Took a couple phone calls to be completely done but all in all, I was excepted and the low amount to pay a month was perfect for my waitressing career (before the corona virus). Any questions I had, they were there to help in any way. Always there and it's nice to call and jot be on hold, you get a voice mail and someone calls you back if any questions. They are awesome!

I've been with them for awhile now and have not had any problems I was surprised how easily things got to moving and within a few months I was on my way to paying off 1 # creditors there are some bumps in the road but it'll all work out also if you ever run into any problems with creditors calling you I've been instructed to tell them I'm with "Freedom debt relief... I've give them there phone number say and tell them to have a nice day. This is better than filling for chapter #3 bankruptcy and when I'm done I've learned my lesson more than once ... No more credit cards cause if I want something then save a little here & there till I could walk in and say I'm paying cash tku to me that's the best I've learned that times are bad learn to do with out once in a blue moon I'll treat my self to a movie at Red Box instead of going to the show .Everyone can learn a lesson by clients at FDR' .

It is easy to enroll in the program, and they are flexible. As a single, working parent, my time is limited. It is so relieving to know that FDR is there to do the negotiating, and I experience less stress having to deal with creditors myself. I have had to temporarily stop making payments for a short period of time without having to discontinue the program. I would suggest taking the insurance in case a creditor sues you. I was sued by a creditor and luckily I had taken the insurance. The FDR team and their partners helped get me through the stressful time! It is also easy to get in touch with customer service. No matter who I talk to, they are always able to answer my questions, and are friendly.

Excellent! They have been very helpful and are always a phone call away when there is an issue. I was feeling very overwhelmed by my debt constantly accumulating interest with high interest rates, not being about to make large enough payments to pay off the interest, and constant calls from creditors. I was nervous about calling because I have tried debt consolidation before and was told there was nothing that could be done to help. But after speaking to Jake, I was very relieved and started to feel like I was in control again. Now it does take a little time, but there is a light at the end of that tunnel, and some progress is a lot better than no progress!

Freedom Debt Relief has truly helped me take control of my credit card debt and has worked hard to settle each balance as favorably as possible. Their fee is 25% of the balance settled but in a couple of instances the settlement was at only 20-25% of the balance owed! This is far better than I could have done on my own and I have not had to deal directly with any creditor, other than to provide FDR's contact information. My program is almost complete and I should "graduate" at the two year mark. I could not be more grateful for the staff people I have worked with and I highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone who struggles under excessive credit card debt!

At first in all honesty I wasn't sure about about Freedom. I fell into debt really badly after a surgery I had and was unable to work for 3 months. I really didn't know where to turn to so my mom introduced me to Freedom and the lady we talked to was very helpful her name was Amber Thomas she help me and my mother feel more comfortable about Freedom and she answered all of our concerns. I appreciate all the people I have come in contact with overs the years even to call to change my date of payment they were understanding and did it for me. At first because of all this my credit was really low, after watching it over the years with the help of Freedom I can truly say my credit is improving because of Freedom. They were able to do something I was able to do and that was getting from behind the eight ball and still able to slowly get back on track of getting out of debt for good.

I first started using FDR when I was in college and in major debt. I had never used a company like this beforeand was very skeptical thinking all they were going to do was sign me up for some scam take my money and then tell me that they didn't get a good outcome and I was out of luck. However this was the complete opposite. Yes they do take money for their services but they also save an incredible amount of debt. I started with a TON of money that I owed on credit cards as well as a personal loan. Businesses kept offering so I kept accepting. FDR has taken all of the responsibility of talking to the credit card and loan's billing departments and negotiated amazing deals. It will be a bit of an adjustment to your life and your credit WILL go down a little bit but if you can afford the monthly payments (that will save so much money in the long run AND short run) then this program is for you. Also- the customer service is great. It was a long start process but throughout this process which I am still in they have always been clear and upfront with me and contact me as soon as they can every time something happens with my account."

On a regular basis, I had to question them about the reason of the account and why it was taking so long. They were very helpful and very pleasant and trying to be supportive in helping me. Freedom Debt is continuously updated the client dashboard that I had full access to and if that wasn't enough for me, I could contact them and they would be giving a great response. They made it easy for me to understand and able to manage my account. It was great and excellent. I would definitely encourage people who are in debt to use it. It's just a plain and easy way. After a lot of research, I found they were the top company, so we decided to go with them. Freedom is a great company, they seem to do what they say they are going to do and in today's tome that is a rarity so I appreciate that. It took a lot of pressure off me after my husband was disabled in an accident and we were down one income. They have negotiated three account and they impact has freed up cash so we can buy groceries and medicine. They are good at keeping in contact with you and letting you know when a debt of resolution needs your approval. They text, email, and use their dashboard to keep in contact.

The customer service is always available. They're willingly give access to the customers and notify you by whatever communication style you want. By phone or email or text. They try to cater to whatever is easiest for you. It goes fast. They settle things quickly. They do have a fee, but it's very reasonable. It saves you a lot of money because they're able to negotiate a better rate, better than I would be able to do if I tried to do it alone. I'm extremely happy with my decision I should have done it sooner. If it comes down to people taking legal action, Freedom Debt Relief still takes care of everything and all you have to do is make your payments.

When I had questions, I would call and get answers and they would give me updates. I had access to my account on their site and you can follow progress. It just made it easy for contacting and updates were always forthcoming. They were constantly in touch with me giving me updates. Their program fit what I needed. Their personnel there are very friendly and kept me informed. I know it's a business, but they were extraordinarily friendly. There were those times where I was a little frustrated on my part and they were able to explain things in a manner in which I understood what they were talking about.

After retiring our income stayed the same but everything else did not and we found ourselves living from paycheck to paycheck and not even doing that well. We were struggling to pay the bills and the interest on credit seemed to be the only thing really getting paid. We grew up in a world or I should say time where bankruptcy was considered a dirty word. Fight as we could to pay everything we just couldn't. We contacted freedom from debt and they are helping us negotiate with our creditors. Excellent service! So far Freedom Debt Relief has negotiated a reasonable and affordable payment plan for my debt with one of my creditors. I originally requested assistance with two credit card accounts. I was thrilled to make an agreement with the first creditor and look forward to making a making my payments in my dedicated account so I can pay off this debt within a year! It was an easy process. All I have to do is make my monthly payment to my dedicated account. Freedom Debt is working on my second account and I look forward to making a settlement with the second creditor for a larger amount of debt. I am eager have my debt settled. The educational videos provided by Freedom Debt Relief are very helpful and gave me confidence that I was taking the right steps to resolve my debt. I found that your agents are very knowledgable in the FDR program. I have asked question that were not in your quide and was answered effectively. There were times when I was unsure of how a certain creditor would react to FDR, which had me in a very nervous state. When I called I was reassured that you had it all under control. I'm sure everyone is a little leary in the beginning, which is something you have no control over, but your agents seem to have a great understanding of what we go through and they assist us with that understanding. I am very pleased with FDR and I recommend it to whoever ask me or need FDR in their life. Payments and time are very reasonable and easy to manage. I give you guys 2 thumbs up.

My experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been just that, a relief. They took a huge weight that was sitting on my shoulders and just brushed it off. I have onecredit card paid off and the other is in settlement. I never would have been able to do that without this program. I look at money differently now. I don't look at my paycheck every week and see what I have left to spend after bills are paid. I see how much I can save after bills are paid and necessities are purchased. I'm more thoughtful about my splurges, "do I really need this?" "How much will I use/enjoy it?" Before Freedom, it was more of an, "I have the extra money today, and I want it." thought process. They took care of the bill collectors harassing phone calls, one less stress in my day to day life. They took on all communication with the credit card companies. One credit card was settled for less than what I owed, the other one just settled for roughly half of what I owe. I'm extremely grateful to the Freedom Debt Relief program for saving my financial life!

They have been very very effective in their negotiations with the creditors. They've been very efficient and making sure that payments are being made. They've been ver informative and keeping me informed as to what the settlement are and what negotiations are being made. Whenever I called them to inquire about something, they always had a good answer for me and that put my mind at rest so I did not have to panic to get my debts relieved. They had a good answer for me and they were very reassuring and able to explain the process. They were able to negotiate for me to bring my debt down in a manner that was affordable for me to pay off my debts. I feel very fortunate that I was able to deal with them as a company. At first I was very skeptical but as time progressed, I became a little bit more confident in what they were doing and it was very reassuring and certainly put my mind at rest. They were most courteous. They were easy to work with. Everytime I've called, they've always had someone there that can answer my question. If I've sent emails, they answered the emails promptly. They have a client portal which gives you information twenty four hours a day. They're very informative. They've been able to resolve a lot of the debt that we had. My experience has been good so far. I've been in the program about a year and have two settlements so far out of 6 accounts. It's kind of slow going but I am saving money with each settlement. My credit score took almost a 100pt drop at first but has come back up almost too where it was before. I expect it to be higher before the program is over in about 3 more years or less. The trick is to stick to the dedicated deposit every month, and any time you can add more, it will help. The amount is determined and discussed before anything is set in stone. The amount and length of the program are determined by how much debt you want settled. The payment in my case saved me $200 a month compared to what I was making in minimum credit card payments that were never going to get paid off. I was really close to filing for bankruptcy. They do not make monthly payments to your creditors. Instead, you have a dedicated account set up for automatic draft each month. Once your account builds up enough to cover a settlement and the fees, is when negotiations start. I think it took about 4 or 5 months for my first one but it saved me about $7,000. You will get calls, emails and sometimes threats from creditors while waiting for settlements to start. FDR will advise on how to handle those issues too as they come. For $12 a month, there is a separate service offered for legal advice should a creditor threaten litigation. All fees and services are covered in your dedicated monthly payment amount so the more you can put in, the better.

I was very worried about it because you're sharing financial information and all sorts of things on the line and he was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. I turned to Freedom Debt Relief to consolidate my debt and surmounting interest. I wanted to work out a reasonable solution to pay back my financial obligations in a timely manner. I was on medical leave for quiet some time and accumulated a deal of debt. I contacted FDR, and they worked with me, step-by-step, to make this possible. I have successfully paid off several creditors and have only one account left to pay off. You do your foot work and part in making your monthly payment to them, and FDR works out the negotiations with your creditors, regarding settlements and payments. This arrangement saves you money and time and restores your peace of mind and sanity. I feel like I was pushed into a corner and was trying desperately to figure out how to juggle this overwhelming situation. I found FDR online, and they have helped me. I also view my relationship with money differently. I try to adhere to a monthly budget to take care of my responsibilities, but I also reward myself along the way in small ways. Their Customer Service is outstanding, and they also offer legal representation just in case you should encounter any situations with your creditors. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in a similar predicament.

When I signed up for the FDR program I was a little skeptical. In fact, the 1st time I called I declined to participate. About a year or so later I decided to give it another go and this time I felt it was time as I was doing a lousy job of paying off my debts myself. The person I originally encountered in my phone call was friendly, empathetic, and understanding to my situation. All future phone calls had the same result. My consultant went through everything step-by-step a couple of times for me to totally understand everything that was going to happen from that moment forward. And so it began. I followed all the rules as laid out for my part (yes, there are rules you need to follow) to make the program work for me. Freedom Debt Relief then followed through on their part following their rules as laid out for them. For the 1st night and all the subsequent nights following, I was able to sleep better and wake rested. No more tossing and turning. No more staying up through the night wondering how I was going to pay my bills. I could breathe again and have been breathing better ever since that 1st day of signing up. Now my journey with FDR is coming to a close with a consolidation loan to get all unresolved debt paid off with my creditors and I am ecstatic! I am almost 100% debt free and it feels wonderful. If this program could work for me, I think it could work for anyone in the same situation. As long as you follow the rules you will get results. Best of luck to anyone signing up. FDR has provided me with very good service to this point, however, I did not realize that my credit would take such a big hit, some work need to; be done to fix that, in my opinion that should be part or the negotiating process; also, it appeared that my balances with my creditors increased substantially before a settlement was reached, and I was not told that I would be receiving IRS 1099's and they come after my tax have been filed, then an amended tax form have to be filed causing a increase in taxes that causes a financial hardship. I suggest any 1098 or 1099 form should be sent out at the end of the year.

My experience was great. The iey to having a good experience is sticking to the program. The only time I struggled was when I EAS unable to stick to my program as originally planned. However we were able to go back and renegotiate the debts that were affected and I was able to complete the program. There is a fee and you could do this on your own, however they know how to deal with collections and banks and they were able to negotiate much better than I could on my own. Another benefit if you choose is to have prepaid legal representation if a bank decides to go to court. I EAS very satisfied with the program and I would definitely recommend it's long as you can stick to it.

my experience with freedom has been outstanding from beginning till now I still have one more year to go but I have to say I've never had an issue I would recommend this company to anyone who is facing difficulty with credit card debt they took all of our credit cards and made a payment to us that was so much more reasonable than if we had tried to pay them individually also if we have tried to pay the my minimum payments every month we probably be a hundred years old before we got them paid off so I am very grateful for their help figuring it will only take a total of 2 years to pay off over $30, 000 in credit card debt

Always helpful, polite and informative. The service and product are sound. I've had a lot of debt. I am not sure how they organize and begin paying off different debts and how they choose which one to pay first and last. I've had only one debt collector come after me after initiating service with Freedom Debt Relief. Freedom Debt Relief put me in contact with the national litigation Group which I guess handles there legal matters like that. So far I'm still in that process so I do not know how that will evolve. It was one of the companies that Freedom Debt Relief chose to pay later and I am not sure of what contact has been made to them. I am still waiting to see how that will be resolved.

I like the fact that I was the one who could approve the settlements that they made. It sounded like I still had control. They have a website you go to and you can see things are progressing. You don't know the specifics of the settlements but you know when they are made and what the arrangements are. And you can look at that website anytime you want, which is great. Their customer service really made me feel a whole lot better. Every time I've tried to talk with them they've been very helpful and great to me. Freedom Debt Relief are the people to call because you see a deadline of when you're going to be out of debt and everything will be taken care of. It makes you feel like you're actually making progress.

I was researching online and found the company. I gave them a call and the person I talked to was so encouraging and they have such a good reputation so it felt like a good fit for me. Their customer service is the best. Inititally, there's a lot of paperwork, I kind of got lost in the beginning. But then you call the customer service and they encourage you and tell you that it's a slow process and they will explain the process step by step. Things start falling into place and the payments are coming out and if you have questions, you can call customer service, but they have the client dashboard that you can look at. If you have questions you can call customer service, but they have the client dashboard that you can look at all the time and it explains things. It's just a really good plan that they have if you are feeling fiscouraged you can read some of the reviews. Like I said, the customer service is the best. I just can't say enough about the customer service. Everytime I've called, they've been very helpful and encouraging and understanding. I'm just totally happy with everything about them.

I saw an advertisement for Freedom Debt Relief and then I called them and I spent probably an hour on the phone with them and they were just super helpful and professional and knowledgeable and they just seemed like a a good agency to go to and that's been the case so far. For the most part they are very responsive, their communication is consistent and timely and I just find that when I need to speak to somebody I'm usually able to get in contact with somebody and they will respond to me in a timely manner. I've been in the program for about two and a half years and I think almost all but one of my accounts has been settled and it's been done in a timely manner so I'm gettin the resolution I signed up for. I feel very satisfied and I feel that they've done a very good job and I would recommend them to other people. The process takes a little bit of time, it's definitely worth the commitment and as long as you stay with the program it seems to be exactly what it they say they will do to get the job done.

I went with Freedom because they advertised that they get people out of debt in the shortest amount of time. My customer support experience has been great because they're always responsive. I like receiving my regular emails and text messages from them - I think that's really helpful. My situation is a little delicate, because one of my creditors sued me. Because I required special handling, Freedom Debt Relief took care of it all through the debt consolidation program. I'm pretty satisfied with them, but I wish they had brought up the debt consolidation program earlier so that the sueing from the creditor wouldn't have happened. I also wasn't fully informed about their fees, which are pretty excessive. Their fees are 23%, and they took an awful lot from my initial enrollment account.

They are always available when I reached out to them to get in touch and if I can't talk to them, they get back with me immediately. The employees that are working with them and the associates are very friendly, helpful and they never seem to get frustrated when you are trying to call in and asked them questions. They are always ready to answer your questions in a very clear precise manner. They notify me by texting me and told me what they were doing. They also print it on the dashboard and I go to that frequently to see what they were doing. It's been about 6 months and they have settled or else have it in the process of settling 3 of the 6.

Freedom Debt Relief has taken financial burdens and they're working them out and they do it professionally. I can look at the way that this is going and I know they're working really hard for me. It means a lot to me. They would call me at home if I didn't call them and whenever I called and if I had not gotten with them about my progress, they would actually route my calls to somebody where I had to answer those questions so that they can continue to be to the best of me. I feel like I'm not going anywhere. I'm going to stay right with them. Everything they do is in my best interest. Everyone should use the service. This company just has taken those burdens from me with not a whole lot of money, something comfortable that I can afford. So I tell everybody use Freedom Debt Relief and that's in all aspects of the service

I've been with Freedom Debt Relief now maybe a few years and I have no complaints. I think they're real good when it comes to doing what they do. I can always go in to the portal and find out what's going on with my case where other companies, you don't know what's going on and that prompts you to call in more often than if you had the computer you can look and see which really is going on and gives you a peace of mind. The professionalism that Freedom Debt Relief shows you that you're never too busy answer any questions. I've never had anyone be rude to me over the phone or anything like that so I'm happy with that.

Just in a short period of time I have had two of my cards have been dealt with and have been taken care of and I no longer have to worry about those two cards. I do have several more to go but it was a very fast service. What they advertise what they say they'll do has already happened to me, like I say just an short, few short months here they have already relieved me of two debts which is amazingly fast. When I do have questions or concerns, it seems like it's just a phone call away. The representative came practically immediately on the phone. It wasn't long waiting or anything like that. The representative eased my mind of all my problems I was having and she had answers for it and it's such a relief to to have somebody there when you need them. I am proof that it does work and it is real and their services been great.
