Very grateful for the assistance of Feedom Debt Relief! I have five accounts being settled that were cut in half. I felt the charge for the services was a little high but these people continue to work over 48 months to help you get your debt settled. So I guess it’s worth it. They make the determination of which accounts are closed first depending on who will work with them. I thought the smaller accounts would be done first but that’s not how it’s done and I rely on them to get it done. I would never been able to get these credit cards paid in 48 months. This has also decreased my monthly payment by several dollars even hundreds for for some of them a month! I also referred their services to my own daughter. I wouldn’t do that unless they truly were legitimate and able to help me. Good luck to others in this program! It works!!

When I reached my decision to admit I can no longer pay my Credit card bills. I researched on line for the best debt relief company. Freedom DEBT RELIEF is one of the top 2 debt relief companies. I am working with FDR a second time, and the experience is excellent. The only problem I have encountered has been accessing the Client Dashboard as a returning client. There is apparently a difficulty accessing the Client Dashboard since my first time around with this company. I would guess this is an IT problem. I have been choosing to phone FDR to work around my inability to access the Client Dashboard, and I normally work with a representative rather quickly and without taking much time.

The one positive I will say about the program is that they make it easy to add or remove accounts to your dedicated account. Now for the reason I gave them only 2 stars: My total enrolled debt - $46,651.00 The total amount that I will have deposited at program graduation - $42,018.57 This equates to a debt savings equal to $4,632.43 (less than 10%). I recommend you discuss with them the fee % that they are going to take before joining the program.

The people have been very friendly, courteous, and willing to help. Definitely show a willingness to help, and show concern, and are available pretty much whenever you need them.
