Customer service isn't perfect, but they're pretty darn good. I don't agree with some of their practices, but I like that they contact you through their client dashboard. I would recommend that if someone is going with this company to only make payments to them as needed. They'll encourage you to make large deposits, but they're use those fees to handle their services.

I was badly in debt, and had to have my family help me survive in making the minimum payments. Freedom has done a beautiful job and I've now caught up with their consolidation program. Customer service has always been there for me and help you understand what's going on. They have a client dashboard that allows you to check and see what they're doing and what they've accomplished. They're great at keeping in touch, and my credit score is going back up.

Everytime I've talked to someone in customer service, they've been helpful and polite in helping me with what I've asked for. I've been getting out of debt faster than I thought. The process of debt consolidation has been less scary than I thought it would be, and it's been a great process overall. I'm paying less for paying off my credit cards, which is great.

Every time I had an issue or question I was able to call up at any time and they'd have the answers for me. They updated me through text, email, phone call, and they have an online website where you can go to see everything they do. They had quick results on most of our creditors. At the beginning it's a little stressful, but once they start talking with your creditors it helps.

They respond to you immediately, there's no hold to wait for someone. They will keep you posted by email or text. I can go into my account where there's a dashboard that will tell you when the next payment is due. You just need to give them a chance to negotiated, for me they've already negotiated with three banks. My balance was $2200, and the banks settled for eight. Another bank was for $1800 and they settled for seven.

They respond to your calls right away. They have prompt service, and excellent customer service. They always email me every month, they're very consistent in emailing me to let me know what's going on. The customer service reps are really good, they do what they can to make you aware of what they're doing and what you should be doing. They educate you on what you need to do, and the company is very transparent.

They have taken control of speaking to my creditors, taking care of things, letting me know when they have reached the an agreement with someone so that I can sign off on it, its been a very good experience. They have the dashboard I can check all the time, they let me know when they reach the settlement so that I can sign off for it so that I'm aware every month of what's going on. They have taken all the weight of the debt settlement off me. I don't have to negotiate with people, I don't have to worry about it because they are taking care of it.

Every time I called they were able to answer my questions, whatever it may be. If it was something small and if I repeated myself they didn't get aggravated or anything like that, so they were just helpful on helping me. I guess they find information or you know tell me on what's going on. I feel pretty good about it. I mean I'm glad I did. It took a little bit longer than what I anticipated but in other words it all worked out in the end.

Out of all the places that I checked into, they were the most qualified to handle things. From the beginning they've told me they would do the best thing for me to get me out of debt quicker. They have always contacted me and kept me on the loop. If they had any questions for me, or if they made any kind of deal with a creditor, they would always let me know. Usually that would happen through emails, texts, and occasionally through phone calls if I answered them. Right now I just want to keep the ball rolling and see how everything will turn out. I'm optimistic though.

I'm glad I went with them. I've had good luck with their people, they're always fantastic. They're really people that I want to turn to if I need help. They've answered every question that I ever had. Everything they do makes you feel like a human rather than another number they're dealing with. For updates I mostly look at the online dashboard but I always get notifications too. I always respond to their emails so they've never had to call me. it feels like we have a good relation, our communication is good.

I went with them because I felt as though they were the best choice available for what I needed. I'm more than pleased with the service. Things haven't moved as quickly as I would've liked them to but they are very communicative. That has helped me with some of my stress. They are very friendly and knowledgeable but they don't bog you down with a bunch of gobbledygook. They just give you the answers that you need and move on. I really appreciate that. The first time that they called I thought that it was a debt collector and almost didn't pick it up.

I don't think I would be able to break even without their help. I've been with them a year already and they have taken care of the company that I used to owe money to. Without them, I'd still be in debt.

I felt like they were the best company to go with. Customer support is always nice to talk to and they always go over everything you need to know. They send me text messages and sometimes emails with updates. The only problem that I've run into is that whatever settlement you get is charged on your income tax. I've got 3 settlements this year already that I've got to pay for but I guess it's not their fault. It's all Obama's fault for putting that ballot through congress. Still I feel like they're doing their job right and I'm glad I did it.

I had a quite large stack of bills and I couldn't go anywhere with it, so when I saw it on Facebook I decided to give them a call. It's going a bit slowly but it's going. My creditors are not bothering anymore and they are taking care of everything for me. They keep me updated as they make progress in my account and I get information every 2 or 3 weeks. I'm not bothered any further, which I'm actually happy about. Everything should be over within the next couple of years.

I looked them up online and asked around before picking them. They just looked like a good option and a trusted firm. I've been with them for about 2 years and I fully trust them. Every time I call, everybody is friendly and they keep me informed. They always give me good answers and try to guide me through every step I need to take. They make it easy for me to send out paperwork and things like that. For updates, they email me and I can also look at their website to find all the information. It has worked out well for me. It's a good way to pay back your debts without actually filing for bankruptcy. It's a pretty easy way out of that doesn't leave you feeling guilty about not paying your debt. Even when you include the debt relief fees that they charge, they steadily reduce the rates and payments you have to make. They also ensure that creditors won't be climbing on my back to bother me. I just wish they wouldn't stretch the actual payment so much but I understand that's how the system works.

I have medical problems and I got to a point where I couldn't pay my bills because of medicine and doctor's appointments. I signed up with them because there wasn't much else I could do. The companies involved in my debt refused to help or work with me. I'm perfectly satisfied with Freedom Debt though. They tell me what they will do and then do it. They are always on the ball and full of information. Every question that I ask, they answer it. They would contact me constantly to tell me what was new. I could also check on things online if I wanted to.

I just decided to try them after reading up on the comments that other people had. I wasn't sure at the beginning but as things progressed and they kept me informed of what happened, I felt good. They have answered all of my questions and met my needs. I have a client dashboard that they update monthly. I can see everything that's going on there. They really get your debt down, mine is now almost half of what I used to owe to my creditors. If I hadn't used their service, I probably would still be in debt.

I really needed the help and since they had been around for a while and I had heard a lot of good things about them, I went for it. In the beginning I was asking a lot of questions and at the time they didn't really give me all the answers I was looking for. Over time though they got a lot better about it. They're very diligent about their work and they've already sorted out 5 of my accounts. I still have 4 or 5 more still pending, but that's that. If I want to know where we are in the process, I can always check on the dashboard. I think it's the best thing I've ever done.

I found it on the computer and it sounded like what I was looking for. I asked a couple other people about it and they said they were a good company to contact if I was looking to pay off credit cards. The person that I first talked to made it all sound good, so I signed up. They bent over backwards to try and help me as much as they could. Whenever they need me to put money in the account, they call me and let me know. I could also sign into the online dashboard and check it every day if I wanted to. They've done a good job for me so far and have taken a lot of pressure off of my back.

My husband passed away and left me with an awful lot of financial obligations. Over the couple of years that I've been with them they have really helped me. I just give them all the information that they need, make my monthly payments, and they take care of the rest. I can always get a hold of someone if I need them. Everyone I've contacted has answered my questions and solved my problems. I couldn't have handled it all without their help. It has worked out wonderfully, I can't speak enough good things about the company. I'm close to taking care of all the financial obligations that we had.

I went to them to get out of debt faster. So far they have been pretty responsive and really knowledgeable about the product. They will send me texts and emails whenever an offer comes up so that I can approve it or not. They are really upfront about everything they do. We've had some bad experiences with other shady companies out there, but they have been reassuring. They are a legitimate good alternative to pay off debt. I'm satisfied with it.

They sounded like a good, established company that could help me with my situation and, so far, it has lived up to my expectations. The lady that I spoke to, one of their specialists, was very helpful at showing me what my payments and my savings would be like and how that would reduce my debt. I had heard about it when I was in a pretty bad debt, so I called them. I talked to a guy named Anthony I think and he was so upbeat and nice that he sold it to me. I haven't regretted my choice. Every time I call they are very polite, helpful, and informative. For updates they contact me through phone and email. When I was working with their lawyers they would call me and email me too. I've had no problems with them. I've gotten up and out of debt thanks to them.

Every time they pay a bill off they let me know and confirm if it's alright before going ahead with anything. I think they need to update their website more often though. I've had the same message there for the last month. I've even answered the question that is there but the message hasn't moved. I also think they should speak to all my debtors, not just the ones they're dealing with, because I keep getting calls from them. I feel pretty good about it though, it's better than filing for bankruptcy.

They're just very courteous. Every time I call them there is someone right there that knows my story and that can answer all my questions. I receive every time a creditor is taken care of. They will also let me know about any progress they make. There is also this excellent dashboard system that they have where you can go online and find out what's going on. I feel really comfortable knowing that things are being done. They're doing their job to the best of their abilities to get me out of debt.

We needed the help. We were really far into debt and my husband is sick with multiple sclerosis. A lot of money goes out on getting him medicine every month, so it's really hard to pay for the bills and his medicine at the same time. So far my experience with them has been great. They're very friendly and very helpful. They always answer my questions and do what they can to take care of anything that comes up. Every time I get a settlement they call me to see if I want to do it. I do think they could get their fees a little bit lower than what they are but it's still a very good company

Going with them wasn't really a choice. My son was diagnosed with cancer and I was just overwhelmed. I tried to go to a bank in my own city and they wouldn't help me. When I called them they just explained how everything was going to work and I signed up. They helped me a lot when I really needed it. Customer service is very respectful. They have good manners and explain things to you in a way that you can understand them. They're always willing to help you out. It's an awesome company, very reliable. If no one else wants to help you, I believe Freedom Debt will 100% have your back.
