I think I first saw an Ad about them and decided to look a bit into it. I didn't really choose it because of a particular reason, but I'm glad I went with them. I mean, otherwise my only options would've been filing for bankruptcy or paying my debt down myself. They have been very supportive and always answer my questions. Whenever there was an agreement or settlement, they would text me and let me know what was going on. They are still working on my account, but I feel good about my choice.

I was in debt right over my head with my credit card. I couldn't get it down and someone told me about Freedom Debt Relief so I went ahead and tried it. They have been working really fast, to the point that they have done things in less time than the estimates that they gave us in the beginning. It has been magnificent for me. I'm tired of being in debt and I wanted to get out of it, so I went with them. They have a good program, I actually didn't expect it to be as fast as they are. I'm shocked at how well and how hard they work for you. They work with you and keep you well informed. I get calls that update me on things, plus they have a client dashboard that I can check to keep track of things. They will also explain things to you and I can ask them any questions I may have. They've helped me so much already, I'm very glad I went with them.

I was looking at the T.V. and saw someone talking about how they were sincere and helped people, so I decided to go with them. They have settled quite a bit of my debt right now and that has been the most important thing. So far they have settled four of my debts and are working on 2 more. They keep me updated as to what's going on and what they're doing. I can also go into the dashboard and look at what has been going on. I think I made a great decision.

I was in debt and had just had a stroke. I really had no way out of it and when I learned of Freedom Debt I decided to give them a call. They talked to me and took my case over. They and their lawyers have done their best to take care of business and have done a great job so far. They get back to me about things in almost no time, either through phone or email. So far they've done what they say they're going to do. I feel fine about it, I'm glad that I went with them. I'm not stressed anymore, I just put it all on their hands and they take care of it. I'm now on my way to being debt free.

I went with them to get out of debt. The minute something comes in they tell me and let me know when things get settled. They also let me know when they set up a payment agreement. The only drawback is the apps, so I just don't use it sometimes. Still, they have been reliable so far and make sure I don't miss a payment or anything. I feel confident that I'm getting good help in managing my debt and getting out of it.

It was the best option we had besides getting along with our debt ourselves. Every person I've talked to has been more than happy to help me and explain pretty elaborate things in ways we can understand. They have always answered my questions and done everything in a timely manner. I don't really have to do anything. It can be a long process, but it all depends on how much more you can pay every month. They keep me updated by text message or mail though. I feel pretty good about it, they work with you and your finances, no matter what your budget looks like.

I did some research and thought that they would be my best avenue to do things through. They have stayed in constant contact with me and always let me know what's going on through phone calls and emails. Plus, I have access to their portal to check my status anytime I want. I had too much debt and something happened that wouldn't let me commit to the monthly payment that I needed to do. Their customer service has been excellent and they are always trying to help me. I get messages from them about the progress they've made and I can also go into my dashboard to know what's going on with my account. I think it was the best decision.

I went with them because I needed to get myself out of debt. From the beginning they made sure that I understood all the parameters of their program and how it worked. Anytime I had a questions I just talked to customer service and they always answered my questions in a very professional, kind, and understanding way. At first I was kind of worried about getting their service, but now I feel really good about my decision. Every time I call in with concerns they give me the right answers. They always give me a heads up on what's going on and everything. I think it's a great service, it's great to just have one payment instead of 4 or 5 for a debt. It's going to end soon, so I feel good and secure about it as a customer. It gives me peace of mind.

They stay in contact with you and keep you up to date with things. They do that with phone calls, but I can also check on things on the website. It's excellent service. There's no hassle, everything is straightforward, and nobody tries to hide anything from you. They're right to the point and take care of business. I feel very good about it, it was probably the best thing I could have done without going to bankruptcy.

I heard their Ads on Sirius so I decided to take the chance. Every time I had to get a hold of them they've been very consistent. They keep me updated on things with emails on a weekly and monthly report. Everything is also on the dashboard type thing that they have and I can check that anytime online. It's working for us, they already took care of a lot of my debt. I don't get calls from collectors or anybody else anymore. I think it was the right thing to do.

I had a lot of credit card debts that just got out of control. Their level of customer service ls really good. They get back to you promptly and if I have any issues they will explain it all to me. I have gotten update emails periodically and I can also check my dashboard for that. There are a lot of ways to communicate with them. I've only been them since September or October and we're almost halfway done. There was no way I could've gotten my debt paid off without them and I feel happy and relieved now. If anyone else is ever in the same position I think they should look them up.

I got a letter on the mail from them and what they offered intrigued me. I gave them a call and decided to get it. At the time it seemed like the best option for me. They are always available to talk to me and help me with every aspect of paying off my debt. I usually can check the progress on my account online. It's very easy to see where I'm at and when the next payment is due. If I have a question I can just call them and ask. I felt confident that this program would help me clear out my credit card debt and so far it's going well.

When I first called them I liked the way the representative handled my call as well as how it looked online. They can always assist me when I call and constantly send me emails when certain things are being done. Customer service is excellent, they handle everything. Doing things online and checking the information on their website is also very easy to do. I feel good knowing that my debt will be gone a lot sooner.

I looked online when I needed help and they seemed to be reputable. They have always been very helpful, nice, and accommodating. They didn't really update me themselves, I would just look at the dashboard they gave me. The only thing I don't like is that their fee is based on the enrolled debt and what that debt is settled for. That's the only problem I have with them.

My daughter got it actually. They're there when I need their help and I can use the dashboard myself to check on the progress they do. It's working for us and I can see the debt going down. Their customer service people have all been very personable and helpful. I can always get a quick response. I feel much better know knowing that they'll take care of those debts. It should be done within 5 years rather than taking 20 or something.

My husband was about to retire at the time and we wanted to be debt free before he did. It has been super. Every single time we had a question or doubt we could call them and they would answer to the best of their ability. We would mostly check the online page on the computer and just verify everything they had said when they called. For everything else we just followed up to the emails with any question we had. They did everything they promised. In the beginning things were a little challenging but now that we're seeing it pay off we feel satisfied with the decision we made.

Due to my husband and I's past credit history, and with us getting a bit older, we wanted to be able to re-establish our credit. We've never worked with any other credit company that did things as fast and in the same way that they did. I feel great; they helped me a lot, and I saved money. Communication was great, customer service was also great. They'll contact you at least once or twice a month. If I ever needed something, I'd contact someone directly, so that was kind of good that I actually had someone, I wouldn't say a personal number, but a phone where I can reach them anytime if I had any question with them. So that's truly what grabbed my attention; everything was legit. It was easy to work with them. I did some research online before I actually signed up with them, and the person I spoke with the first time was detailed about all of the answers, all of the questions I asked them, and he was real nice. That's why I chose Freedom Debt Relief.

They do email and text to send updates; it's hard on them, I'm sure, because I don't do much with the computer and sometimes I don't look at my email for days, because of my work. They are great company to work with, very caring; you feel like your needs are being heard and answered. I saw one of their ads on the internet one day when I was just browsing around. I hadn't even thought about it, and I was just curious because I have some big credit card debt, and I called and they were great. They were very helpful in determining what I needed to do and how it would work. They kept me up to date either by phone calls or emails, and how I logged on to their portal to see where I'm at in the process. I absolutely saved money, and I feel relieved.

It's been cool working with these people, it really has. They're great, they answer all my questions, not a problem at all, they're really nice people. I had a whole bunch of bills, so it was kind of overwhelming. I saw an ad on TV and so I called them. When I first started out, they put it on on my tablet but I'm not a very good electronics person, so when they make progress on my debt they call me on the phone, and I appreciate it very much. I love it, I'm glad I did it. On my limited income it's a little tough to have it deducted from my bank account every month, but it's a lot cheaper than what I was paying before. I was paying $6700 a month on these debts that I have, and now I'm paying $300, so I'm happy. I did save quite a bit.

I am very thankful for them and very relieved to have their services available. They just really put me at ease about the whole thing. I would recommend it to anybody. I just don't like having credit cards that high and they were just getting high and I just don't like that so that's why I signed up. I will be saving money, I'm not done with it yet, but I will be. I usually worked with the website there on their Dashboard. They were very informative, very friendly, just answered all my questions. I'm very pleased.

I was laid off and forced to retire early, and I didn't make enough money on unemployment to pay for all the credit card bills I had accrued. I think I saw an ad on the internet about Freedom Debt Relief. I called them, and no complaints, I'm pretty happy with how it's going. I got emails from them, and actual correspondence through the postal service, and they've been good at keeping in touch. They told me it's going to take a few years to pay all the debt off, but so far so good. From the first card they settled I think I saved a thousand dollars, and they're taking care of three others that they're dealing with, trying to get my debts down. I think it was a good decision, and I'm happy with their service.

I like how they have the online dashboard because it makes easier and visible for you to look at your information, unless you have to talk to somebody all the time, but mainly I like the fact that they do the work for you. I needed help with a couple of credit cards, and I would say they probably saved me almost 10 grand. They kept me up to date by email, which was very good for me because I'm a busy mom and care giver. I did have a bad experience where a gentleman called me from there, offering some kind of loan. He was being kind of pushy, and when he called me I was busy driving. I told him that I would have to call back, but he insisted, trying to explain the program, and he was actually kind of rude at one point. He told me that he couldn't see why I couldn't understand how the program works, so that was a bad experience.

Everyone there, every place that I talked to that helped me was really kind and caring. I had some friends that went to them and they were supposed to be really good. They were wonderful to me, and they saved me money. We were in trouble. We wanted to pay our bills, and we didn't want to file for bankruptcy, so we decided to go with Freedom Debt Relief. They've been very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and I haven't had any problems. They have a site where you can sign in your account and see where you are at all times. Everything seemed to be secured on it so we went with them, and we saved money by working with them. I don't have anything bad to say about them.
