I am very dissatisfied with the response time when trying to cancel this program. It seems like it’s easy to sign up but very difficult to cancel. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes more than once to try and talk to someone. When I finally got to talk to someone they guaranteed me that it was cancelled and they would send me an e-mail. Well here it is the next day and I have not received an email. I just want this over. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

This program is way too costly. Your fees in paying yourselves? Are way way too high. It’s literally killing me to have to give you as much money each month as I do. And once you sign? They won’t change anything. Even if you lose your job or someone dies or anything else catastrophic happens that affects your ability to pay. Smh
