Its difficult to see the end with this company. While the agents assisting are very kind and helpful, don't do this unless you absolutely have to!!! If you enroll a debt then decide to negotiate it on your own, you cannot un-enroll it. Adding an extra deposit doesn't settle your accounts promptly. You've got to follow up and request a payoff. If I had known what I know now, I would never have done business with them.

The representative they spoke to me or listen to anything I say she has her own viewpoint of everything. I told her I was not computer literate she told me I must be. I’ll get somebody in my family to help me out. I told her I was the only child and working alone, and I didn’t have anybody to help me, but she insisted on doing things her way and did not help me at all. I was very disappointing and I still am and I don’t know what to do. I was trying to submit another dip, but she would not listen to me at all.

Lied to by the first person to call me and split in half my debt then add there thousands on to it plus you can't pay your bills for 6 months so that interest and missed payments and penalties have put it back to the same number I had. Then I was told originally that they provide a loan at around 6 percent which sold me and find out today it is 24 so no relief just moved it all to them so now I owe this racist company for 5 years not 2 like said to me but 5 years. File for bankruptcy instead

I have never been se disappointed working with a debt solutions program. The guy who sold me in the whole program said he would be there through the entire process for me and be a point of contact. When I called he never returned my calls and the general help line was slow as molasses to get anything done. It seemed like their main concern was to get me signed up for a loan through credit 9. They didn’t want to help me figure out how to pay it off early, in fact I believe they dragged their feet intentionally so that I couldn’t. In the end it did not
