the experience has been thus far 5 X 5 ... however during my welcoming interview it was suggested that I might be offered a 'loan' to fulling fund my account ... I thought it strange that you would council me to never again allow my self to be saddled with a loan for over 24% interest would suggest that you would offer me a funding loan for over 24% interest ... that seems insane.

I’m so glad I decided to go with Americor. I just got my 1st. Settlement when I enrolled for only two months. I've been with Americor for about 8 months now and I must say that I am so happy with how things are going. I am on my 4th account being paid off out of 8. My debt is just melting away. If you are second guessing about consolidating I say just take that leap. You will not regret it. Americor does all the hard work. You do not have to talk to any of your creditors and the App is so easy to use. Their customer service is phenomenal. Wish I had done this sooner.

Amazing results as I received first settlement just three months into the program. Americor has been fantastic! I have been in the program for over six months now and am very pleased with their progress in settling my debt. My initial consultation was very thorough, and they informed me up-front my credit score would drop while I was active in the program, but to give it time, and it would heal. Americor is quick to review documents I upload and settles accounts with my best interests in mind. We all have financial hardships at one point or another. Americor boosts your confidence and does not place guilt. I have recommended their service to friends and family!

I signed up with Americor in July of last year to settle my credit card debit . It's now September 2023 and they have 8 accounts in full. There are another 6 that are in progress of being settled. There are 4 more waiting for funds , they have reached a settlement agreement with these accounts pending funds . I have to say that they have contacted me as soon as they got a great settlement, checking for my approval then when I said yes they followed up on getting the settlement done. I can't tell you what a relief it has been dealing with Americor. .

So far, I think that Americor is doing their best, but I think they can do better. I follow the company on Facebook and they do reply to most of the comments. I just wish that they would check in with me more often. I am still nervous and insecure about my debt, but I feel that Americor was my best choice. I was with Debt Relief a few years ago and I didn't care for them, although I did have a personal rep who contacted me. I didn't feel that I had all the necessary information. That is one thing I would rate Americor highly. All the information they have provided have me feeling a bit more relieved, although I still get nervous when I get calls from creditors. I also realize I need to reach out more and I will. My goal is to have a credit score in the 700s and be able to purchase a car without a co-signer, just me. Thank you for this survey.

The Americor program is a good model to get people out of large debt. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The program is explained well and staff are always ready to answer questions. I spoke to Derek and he was very good at listening and explaining. Four or five yrs ago a Debt Consolidation called Titan Legal After me paying 800 monthly payment they never spoke to creditors. Closed their door no money in no money out. They kept my funds so Basically they stole my money. I was hesitant yet Derek understood my direct questions were answered and made me feel I was with different people. Plus he said he could understand my concern

The reps were very professional. I talked to three people total, and they were extremely helpful. They gave me honesty, with a realistic goal. They are willing to work with you the best way possible, when you get honest with yourself to realize what is needed to accomplish a personal goal. Great company; not like Lexington who takes all your money. Lexington is not for everyone. That’s why it’s good to get more than one opinion. I love this company so far. No complaints.

I didn't end up using their service because I wasn't about to ruin my good credit. But customer service wise, they were curteous and told me all the things that I needed to know. Since I told them I wasn't going to be using their service, I've been watching my bank account fearfully, to make sure that there really won't be any charges. I haven't seen anything come up, so I give them 5/5 for the way they handled everything with me. I would recommend them to someone with bad credit.

This was just a random call on a Sunday morning when I suddenly had unexpected expenses and I cannot sleep a night before. I woke up and I called the number that popped out of my Instagram screen and I spoke to a pleasant person name Jason D. He was an amazing person to deal with. Me, myself who have never been late nor had a bad credit,'this is a stressful decision to make. I don't want anything bad happen to my reputation and credit. Jason was so helpful and fun to talk to. He explained to me every details, pros and cons, and even what U needed to do in case of extreme situation once the process kicks in. Communication wise, he was very detailed and eloquent. I feel very welcomed to join their family. We have not started yes but I am very much positive about the outcome especially if you feel that your client representative really cares. Not happy with the way they have and still are handling my Best Egg account. I feel this account could have been resolved way before I got a summons for court. Now I need to find an absorbent amount of money to try and negotiate with Best Egg before the court date to avoid a garnishment. So not right.

This has been the WORST experience in my life! The communication has been HORRIBLE. On top of that, the information about how this program works was MISLEADING. I've had to beg to the "negotiator" in charge, Mrs. Tori B. to give me a call, and the only respond has been, "you call me, I don't speak Spanish", so I told her, no problem, I speak English, please call me back", and I am still waiting! From the beginning they will tell you: "Stop Payment", "Don't respond to any letter", "Don't talk to them", "No matter if the account is sent to collection, we will take care of it". From the beginning I requested to start working with CHASE, but they decided to work with the small debt first. Months later I let them know that I got a call from the bank notifying me that my account was sent to collection. Weeks later, Mr. Kenneth R. sent me an email requesting me to pay $650 bi-weekly + $156,24, so he wanted me to pay $1,612.48 MONTHLY, to make a settlement with CHASE. Today, 7/13/2025 I received a Court Summons for the debt with CHASE!!! U N B E L I E V A B L E.
