I haven't been able to get return calls from the guy that set me up. He said, you know, call him anytime if I have any problems. And I've called him twice and I still haven't heard back from him. I had problems navigating the portal and getting new bills in there.

They did alright on part of it, but they didn't listen to me and take my advice since it was my stuff. They just weren't very helpful and most people I talked to weren't very knowledgeable. The guy I talked to was really professional with that he had to say, and he could run the whole business. But when I got to talk to the second one, he gave me some negative input, about how they can't make me go to the court nowadays, all my bills and I just wasn't very pleased. Stay away from Americor they don't have your best interest at heart only there own,it's about making them money under the disguise of supposedly helping you get debt,they have hidden fees which they don't up front and they don't return phone calls,they making you feel like they are on your side but they are not, specifically if they put you in touch with their loan company Credit9, you will end up paying more money with there 27% interest rate on there loans which means you will be paying more money then if you where to just pay your creditors on your own take it from me I owned over $17,000 to my creditors and with their 27% interest rate I'll end up paying over $32,000 for the next 60 months,so please don't get involved with either company stay away
