I enjoyed how easy it was to fill out the forms and if I had any problems that's all I had to do was call Americorps and they help me out 100%. So so far so good I am enjoying it

Erica was super helpful and very polite! She helped get the process going fast and explained everything to my liking! If you're looking for help getting out of debt I recommend them !

My representative Sydney was so kind and helpful in explaining the process and my options for paying off my debt. I'm looking forward to finishing the program and have a fresh start in my financial life.

Too "hard" sell, had to change things twice to get it right, but they did get it done.. Instead of doing what I suggested, they pushed it through and then I had to all but "fight" to get it right. Waiting to see if it gets done according to the way they say it will. I am going to yell so LOUDLY if they don't get it right. we will see.

Very responsive to your calls and needs. Anyone I have spoke with were knowledged and polite. It's a bit of a long process on the phone when you first get involved is my only unsatisfied feeling. Not everyone has that kind of time to be on the phone, nor the service sometimes.

Americor is very quick to let me know when they have been able to work it out with one of my creditors to go on a payment plan with me, lower payments and stop interest accumulation. I appreciate everything they are doing.

I reached out to AmeriCore, after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. While struggling with my my finances, AmeriCore promised, within a short period of time, I can be debt free, and advised my credit scores would drop but after a year, I should see a major increase in my scores. Three of my four creditors were paid after 10 months (max debt of these three were approximately $1800). The biggest debt was $12000. After 7 months not paying this debt (AmeriCore advised not to converse with any debtors), the creditor sent me a settlement request to me reducing amount owed to $4600. This was sent to AmeriCore, I called to make sure it was received by them, as it was, but they advised me I did not have enough money in my account to negotiate any terms. I asked if I need to respond to creditor, AmeriCore told me “not to respond, as AmeriCore will wait until it goes to collections or to the creditors’ lawyers, in which AmeriCore lawyers will try and negotiate then, maybe to even a lower amount”. Again, I was “advised to do nothing”, that AmeriCore has everything under control. Fast forward to 01/2024, the creditor hired a lawyer and is now suing me for full amount of $12000+. AmeriCore’s response? Sorry but their lawyers will only negotiate no lower than 75% of full amount, which is same amount owed to begin with. The settlement offer of $4600 is no longer in play. AmeriCore’s negotiators only apologized and said that their credit department has me approved me to finance the amount requested by the lawyers, and my only option is to accept, or go to court and pay settlement plus lawyer fees. I unfortunately had to accept, and once Credit 9 sent me my loan paperwork, they wound up financing over $13000 at 28% interest, paying twice the amount I was paying to the original creditor! I tried to speak to AmeriCore for help, seeing how I had an offer in September for $4600 but was told to wait by AmeriCore until it goes to collections. No help was offered, other than apologizing for their error for not accepting the settlement offered. Even though “not enough money was in my account”, I could have accepted the $4600 offer, made payment arrangements myself, and I would not be stuck in this predicament I am in now. Long story short? If you are under AmeriCores guidelines and then f you can do something on your own, don’t wait for them to help I am NOT happy with my full service with AmeriCore, only the original first three settlements. The biggest debt wound up making my financial hardship even worse. With all this said, I cannot, will not recommend AmeriCore to anyone that is in dire need of help. They take your money, but doesn’t help when needed. My facts in this case is verified and as always stated, every conversation is recorded!

Everyone is there to help me on this journey through uncharted territory! I’m scared and hopeful but moving ahead with this option. I am hoping for a great outcome as being buried in debt is awful!

They understand that when you are trying to get back on your feet you might need the same information more than once. They work with you if re- scheduling a payment is needed and they have a great customer service team.

They are very friendly. They answer your question right away. They didn't make me feel ashamed about my debt. Everything was easily accessible on the App, I can see my progress. So far I am very pleased.

Zach, the representative, who assisted me in signing up was very pleasant to work with. He was extremely patient with me and was available to help me when I was ready to start my Americor journey to becoming debt free.

Although, this is a very stressful situation, there is an end in sight due to Americor. The responses from their reps is great and every time I've called they were able to answer my questions and put my mind at ease.

I will say that Americor is good company to work with getting rid of your debt. They have been consistent with staying in touch with you while they are working to resolve your debt situation.

Me & husband felt like the ppl w/ Americor were not thorough on things involved, like I I asked if a creditor were to possibly try taking I I asked what happens if a creditor tried possibly suing us..we were told, " we have ppl n the co to take care of that for u"..it turns out we had to go w/ Credit 9, get a loan, to avoid this.. our payments r becoming $49 more a month, than our orig deps w/ Americor, of 302.71, starting 3/17/24, the amt is 351 plus ..we were told Americor can only do so much

Great program and easy to use. Highly recommended whoever that is in a situation where you feel like you are in too much debt to get out. GIVE THIS PROGRAM A TRY. You won’t be disappointed

The process is easy to get started and they've already started settling some of my debts. My credit score was going to be damaged for years, and now there's finally an end in sight and I can get back on my feet.

Everything went smooth. Was skeptical at first but gave them a shot. They handled everything quickly. I loved getting the emails and texts saying they got a deal and a settlement made. No complaints.

Americor is very communicative making sure you are in tuned with everything and all updates. I’m trying my best to make it thru these 3 more years hoping and praying these debtors are behind me.
