Sometimes it was confusing talking to them and I think they should advertise better. I think they need more explanation as far as borrowing the money. I had no idea that I was going to be paying when I was going to pay so I kind of went ahead and paid the account out I didn't stay long. My experience has been ok.

The intake was process was greatly flawed. When the customer service representative took my information, I made it very clear that I wanted my wife's information and debt consolidated with mine. The woman on the phone claimed she needed my information first, and then would collect my wife's data. She never did, and then tried to create a separate account so she would receive credit for two accounts. Unfortunately, my wife's debts were too minimal to qualify for the plan. That left her with her own debt, which isn't what I requested.

Because I just started with this company and have not experienced anything except a lot of confusion with calls/emails/text needing information that had already been submitted. And the changing of contract I dropped one creditor, but not reflected on my account online.

I trusted them and later I found out that they weren't able to negotiate and take over my medical debt and it started a legal issue. They're always up to help but sometimes it's so hard to reach them. I have to leave them a text messages or a voicemail in the office. They actually helped me out but not completely.

Get as much detail and upfront information as possible before committing. I've gotten my questions answered quickly. It can be annoying to talk to a different representative each time you call in instead of having an assigned rep. Overall it's been good, not great, but I would use the word good.

With the initial call, you're very much encouraged to sign up for the program. Afterwards, I considered my options and decided not to go that route. And cancelling was extremely difficult. Multiple times, I had to call in and tell them I didn't want to do this
