I have been working with Americor since Feb 2023 and the person I spoke to get started was the best!! He explained everything that would go on. He was very thorough and so kind. I was very confident and am still confident in the choice I made to get out of debt with Americor. They have already settled one debt for me and working and the rest. There are no hidden fees everything is explained so you have no surprises, they even send a text message, email, and call you for approval before they settle any account. I am involved without the worries. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get out of debt without the hassle and headaches.

I joined 8 months ago and stated with 17 accounts to pay off. I now have 3 accounts paid off, 2 more account will be paid off by May 2024 and 6 accounts in settled status. Only 6 accounts left in negotiation status. All I can say is let the program work for you. Credit scores fluctuate up and down but mine is starting to go up and stay up. As for creditors contacting you I have never answered a phone call that wasn't with a name of somebody I know in my contact list and now they have settled down I was getting 8, 10 maybe even 12 calls a week from creditors now I'm lucky if I get one per month and I've only been in the program for 8 months. I am one happy customer and I love what Americor has done and is doing for me I was happy to choose this company to help me take care of my credit problem. Thank you Americor

Absolutely the best customer service one could ask for when one has to deal with such a painful process as debt consolidation - very empathetic staff and support personnel who answered all of my questions all the time in a very responsive manner. I highly recommend Americor. Oh, and I would be remiss if I didn't mention they saved me thousands upon thousands of dollars with me having to declare bankruptcy, and as I'm at the end of the proverbial tunnel out of debt, while a slog, it's going to be over this August, eighteen or so months to accomplish something that had I did it by myself would've taken me over ten years. So, I saved time, too.

Americor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us understand what to expect and exactly how the process was going to work. They also let us know it was going to be painful for a bit. All was true including the end process with the amazing light at the end of the tunnel. We are now in the final stages of completing the process and are extremely happy with how it all turned out. Our credit score is the best it has ever been after hitting the worst it has ever been during the process. I would highly recommend Americor to help you out. It is very hard but to succeed you must trust the process and in the end you will be rewarded.

Honestly I have no idea how I was even making it month to month with all the money I had to put out. I am a single Mom and I signed up as a Christmas present to myself in 2022, to be able to get out of debt and give my son the best life I can. I am so glad I followed my instincts when I got the advertisement in the mail to make the phone call. I already have several settlements in place, and some completed and I am also now able to put money aside for rainy days. Again, I don't know how I was making all my minimum payments each month, plus regular bills, sometimes I only had a few dollars left in my pocket. Americor has definitely changed the course of my family's life and I must say I love that when you open the App it always tells you " You're doing a great job, and will soon be debt free" ; it makes me smile.

The customer service at Americor is impeccable. I have felt respected, understood and empathized with from the initial start of this program to now having settled my debts. They are kind, swift, attentive, and professional. My representative, Jose, was dedicated to reaching a settlement and went out of his way, continued to persevere until he spoke with someone on my behalf in order to reach an agreement. Everyone i've talked to at Americor is 100% trustworthy. There is no reason to be fearful of debt settlement companies when they employ good people like Jose. Truly. This was just a random call on a Sunday morning when I suddenly had unexpected expenses and I cannot sleep a night before. I woke up and I called the number that popped out of my Instagram screen and I spoke to a pleasant person name Jason D. He was an amazing person to deal with. Me, myself who have never been late nor had a bad credit,'this is a stressful decision to make. I don't want anything bad happen to my reputation and credit. Jason was so helpful and fun to talk to. He explained to me every details, pros and cons, and even what U needed to do in case of extreme situation once the process kicks in. Communication wise, he was very detailed and eloquent. I feel very welcomed to join their family. We have not started yes but I am very much positive about the outcome especially if you feel that your client representative really cares. Thank you Jason, so far I feel I am on the right track.

Not happy with the way they have and still are handling my Best Egg account. I feel this account could have been resolved way before I got a summons for court. Now I need to find an absorbent amount of money to try and negotiate with Best Egg before the court date to avoid a garnishment. So not right.

This has been the WORST experience in my life! The communication has been HORRIBLE. On top of that, the information about how this program works was MISLEADING. I've had to beg to the "negotiator" in charge, Mrs. Tori B. to give me a call, and the only respond has been, "you call me, I don't speak Spanish", so I told her, no problem, I speak English, please call me back", and I am still waiting! From the beginning they will tell you: "Stop Payment", "Don't respond to any letter", "Don't talk to them", "No matter if the account is sent to collection, we will take care of it". From the beginning I requested to start working with CHASE, but they decided to work with the small debt first. Months later I let them know that I got a call from the bank notifying me that my account was sent to collection. Weeks later, Mr. Kenneth R. sent me an email requesting me to pay $650 bi-weekly + $156,24, so he wanted me to pay $1,612.48 MONTHLY, to make a settlement with CHASE. Today, 7/13/2025 I received a Court Summons for the debt with CHASE!!! U N B E L I E V A B L E.

Things would've been much better off had I had dealt directly with the institutions. One of the institutions interest grew by more than $1000 because of the delay with no reduction with Americor's intervention. The fee charged - 29% - was either completely misunderstood or erroneously stated. Also there was a settlement offer of @$1400 from one of the institutions was not addressed a month prior to the final dealings and final cost for that debt was over $1800! I am most unhappy to put it kindly......

Do not hide anything. You have to talk clearly from the beginning because after I closed the deal with you guys, there were other fees that the advisor didn't mention to me at that time and that's not fair. You have to talk about all the fees involved in the transaction.
