So far they have done everything they said they would do. The process was very transparent from the start. I was a person that was on time, but struggling to pay my debt down. Michael, my account manager called me one day and gave me a breakdown of how they could help. First thought, I was not ok with it. I worked very hard for my good credit score. He explained to me how my score would bounce back. Asking me great questions about my future and where I wanted to be. Get this he recognized that the timing was going to work for me at that point in time. I was in the process of moving and I needed a good score for a new apartment. Well, two month later he called back. First question was about the family and how was the move. That’s when I started trusting the conversation. 3 months in I’ve already got my first settlement out of the way, with three to go. And he was right about everything. How to handle the collection calls when they started. The relief I would have with not stressing about the amount of bills. Getting more cash in my pocket so I could actually start saving. I'm a primary school teacher who got caught up in bureaucracy when I moved from Florida to Hawaii to teach. I was told that Florida's teacher's license had full reciprocity with the state of Hawaii, which was not the case. My life was destroyed as well as my perfect credit score.
I work as a substitute teacher to make ends meet. I never received the Hawaiian teacher's license and now looking to return to Florida. I did not miss a payment and was always on time with my bank of 25 years, Americore rescued me and I'm very grateful for their assistance.

Didn't know what to expect. I was confused by so the different companies offering this and that. After a little research I decided Americore was the best fit for me. Absolutely wonderful customer skills. To them it is not strictly a job but they actually care and are as thorough in their explanations. EXTREMELY patient. Great teamwork so you have to consider the whole business was that efficient...it was not singled out to one person only. By the time I was done, my spirit was elevated. It was difficult in that my landline batteries kept going dead but they were patient and persevered. I was experiencing extreme anxiety and depression as I found myself in one emergency on top of another with my Granddaughter’s life in danger and her 8 month baby due in just four weeks suddenly without a heartbeat and no way to save him!!! The representatives have been helpful on my journey through the program this far. My deposits have come out correctly with no issues. I have been in the program since December 2023 and I received my first settlement of five accounts in March 2023. Americor was able to settle with Lending Club which was one of my bigger balances owed. I received a call from Americor that I had an offer. I was so excited. I first got connected to an agent to help but because I was at work... I decided to sign into my Americor account and accept my offer. It was so easy. I am eager to see which account is settled next. This creditor was not aggressive in asking for payment. Given it was a few months of no payment. They sent me text messages and mailings reminding me my payment was due. Still uneasy not making payments but I am happy to have one settlement down and four to go. Thanks Americor!

I spent 9 months with another debt consolidation company and I certainly feel like that was a waste of time. Since I have something to compare it to... the onboarding process was incredible by comparison. Americor mapped out their whole strategy. They pushed information rather than have me pull it out of them (which was a relief-the other place had me feeling like I was bothering them with my questions). Big shout out to Riah Nessa who brought in my business. This woman definitely cares and she made me feel like so much more than just another bunch of numbers toward the bottom line. If she is a reflection of the atmosphere in this company I would say it must be a great place to work. I am so thankful they sought me out. Unfortunately, I have one credit line that reached a settlement with the other company, and they're already implementing their fee (and it was a big one), otherwise Americor would have all my business. I know it is only fair that this other company get compensated for their work in acquiring the settlement, but I'm hoping they cut me loose. After nine months of not being really considered, I'd say it would be an appropriate trade off.

I was skeptical at first when I decided to go forward with my decision to work with Anericor and its onboarding team . But it was time to get off the credit card bandwagon and take the plunge with a company that seemed to be competent and trustworthy with my finances and me. Americor’s people were very helpful to get my debt in order so I could define my outlook after I have committed with the contract to pay off my debt with my personal debt consolation plan . They helped me with the burden to deal with my creditors and finalize my plan with a realistic repayment plan I can live with for my future to rebuild my credit and be free from the daily calls to play catch up with past due bills . It seemed I was saying goodbye to my old friends that have caused me credit card anguish in my life but in reality I can breathe for the first time with out the credit card debt and burden I felt daily . I still have a few issues to manage with onboarding team but they are patient with me and extremely helpful to get it right . Thanks Americor team for your people and staff for your courtesy towards me in a very difficult transition for me as I am still on the path to success in my planned retirement years ahead of me.

very tactical, calculated protocol that americor follows. I think the % for fees is a bit high, but, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I don't have to deal with the creditors, and I may be eligible for a consolidation loan in the future. It seems this process is better in the long run than bankruptcy or just letting your credit crash. So far americor has already arranged a settlement with one of my creditors, so I was happy and impressed with that scenario, and decided, after LAY, a nice americor rep followed up with me today, that I'm doing the right thing, with the right company, at the right time.

My agent, Heather, has always answered my questions and calmed my nervousness in how working with Americor would impact my credit score. I saw successful results from her negotiations with my creditors were evident within two weeks. I started receiving notices (emails) from my Americor portal to confirm the renegotiated amounts (approximately 50% less than previously owed!) and payment schedules.
I was more than amazed at how quickly creditors started coming to terms with Americor. Although I was technically only a day or week late on my original payment due date and amount to a creditor, they were calling, texting, and emailing me for payment. One creditor even called me at work and left a ‘personal issue’ message with the receptionist for me to call back. Needless to say I was embarrassed. Americor immediately stepped in and instructed me on how to respond to this illegal activity and the harassing phone calls to my work stopped.

At first i didn't understand how it worked i feel that in a years time i started out with 15 cards some i have ready paid off completely so i have had credit score dropped down to 300 now it's going back up almost 600 i got Credit 9 to except me and they working with me. It take it take time and patient don't let the creditors bluff
You let Americor hand it after to tell them you going threw a hardship don't keep answering let it go to voice mail. The plan works i got served at my door i just fax the papers to them never went to court they handled it I say thank you glad i made this choice. Just follow the plan

Americor has been helping me become more self sufficient, and becoming debt free. I have a disability in which I become very manic and buy, buy, buy, then I become depressed because of what I did and then I will go and spend, spend and spend to try to make myself feel better. At the end, I am thousands in debt and have nothing to show for what I bought. I was looking for a way out of my credit card debt. I live on a fixed income and when everything shut down for COVID I went a little crazy. I was locked in my apartment with my cell phone, my tablet, and my credit cards. I'm old enough to know better but it just happened. Before I knew it my cards were maxed and even making larger payments was not helping. Then American answered my call for help. They set up a schedule of payments to make every month, which was less money than I was sending my credit cards every month. This payment is put into an account of my very own. Yes, I watched my credit rating go down. But eventually it will go back up when all my debt is paid. The people art American are so supportive. They answered all my questions and even have a portal where I can send them any papers that come from my creditors. And this week they made the first offer to one of my cards. I fell ill unexpectedly, was hospitalized, and pulled out of work by my doctors. All of my credit card balances were low,but with only one income we begin to charge groceries and utilities to keep our house afloat. I kept thinking "I'll be back to work soon and we can catch up". My return to work never came and lasted for a period of nine months. We hadn't charged much, but the interest was overwhelming . Americor had sent out a letter and making that call was one of the best decisions I ever made! I like that I was talked through the process. Every step of the way,if there were changes or new settlements, Americor sent notification!! Although I hope to never be in this situation again,Americor would be my first choice!!

I was struggling with just one income and too much debt. I received a flyer in the mail from Americor and scanned the code. The next morning a rep called and after our conversation and answering a few questions I was approved for a debt consolidation with terms that are going to make my life much easier. Not only am I saving money each month but I will be completely out of debt in four years !! My rep was very thorough and made sure I understood everything completely. Americor and its associates have been great for me while going through this financial hardship. They helped me get back on track with a payment I could manage each month. They explained the process clearly and I have been happy with the results. I have been in the program for all most a year. One settlement is paid in full and another one only has 3 months left. I am now moving in to the next step with a loan that pays off all my debit at once and helps build my credit even faster. Thanx to Americor, they are the ones who dealt with the creditors and was able to settle each debt so I was able to move forward. Today I heard from Rick S in underwritting. My loan went thru and I my accounts paid. I feel like I'm going to be ok. My monthly went down and soon I can refinance my loan and/or pay it off quickly. Im just starting out my journey but so far Americor has been absolutely wonderful. No regrets! They make sure you understand everything about the process and give you tons of support. They truly do serve us the client and whats best for us.. Instead of owing 90,000 over 30 years. I will pay about 36, 000 ovet 4 years. Yoi can also make extra payments if you want it to go faster.. You tank your credit score and deal with phone calls from creditors thats the trade off but you get your life back in a few years without Bankruptcy and then you can build your credit back up.. They also help with dealing with the creditors.. So grateful for Logan and Americor !
