I was a little bit confused on the on the service as a whole. A crash in my credit score and taking years to recover really didn't seem like the best way to get out of debt. I guess in some cases where people have no absolutely no other way out of I guess that would be the only way to do it. I just I'm going to I'm going to try a different route.

I needed to make a call today with the question I had about adding an account I spoke to Cyri H. I could not have been more pleased. I thought it was very complicated. What I was asking her to help me with, and she was perfect in her explanation and her thoroughness and made me feel very comfortable. When that call ended. Suzie P was so helpful when we told her about a very difficult situation in our lives which was making our financial situation impossible. Ms. P listened and advised us without any pressure what Americor could do for us. We are in our late 70's and could not find a way we would be able to solve our situation. So far they have done everything they said they would do. The process was very transparent from the start. I was a person that was on time, but struggling to pay my debt down. Michael, my account manager called me one day and gave me a breakdown of how they could help. First thought, I was not ok with it. I worked very hard for my good credit score. He explained to me how my score would bounce back. Asking me great questions about my future and where I wanted to be. Get this he recognized that the timing was going to work for me at that point in time. I was in the process of moving and I needed a good score for a new apartment. Well, two month later he called back. First question was about the family and how was the move. That’s when I started trusting the conversation. 3 months in I’ve already got my first settlement out of the way, with three to go. And he was right about everything. How to handle the collection calls when they started. The relief I would have with not stressing about the amount of bills. Getting more cash in my pocket so I could actually start saving. Trust the process, and follow the steps and this program will work for you.

Hello America!
I'm a primary school teacher who got caught up in bureaucracy when I moved from Florida to Hawaii to teach. I was told that Florida's teacher's license had full reciprocity with the state of Hawaii, which was not the case. My life was destroyed as well as my perfect credit score.
I work as a substitute teacher to make ends meet. I never received the Hawaiian teacher's license and now looking to return to Florida. I did not miss a payment and was always on time with my bank of 25 years, Americore rescued me and I'm very grateful for their assistance.
Life can sometimes throw you a screwball, but it's companies like Americore that help when there is no one to turn to. Thank you Americore!

Didn't know what to expect. I was confused by so the different companies offering this and that. After a little research I decided Americore was the best fit for me. Once I started the process they made everything so easy. I finally took a breathe and realized I made the right decision and was in good hands. They start on contract constantly. Guy patiently and thoroughly explained how the debt relief program worked; the differences between it and a debt consolidation loan; and the advantages, taking into account my specific circumstances. He was a very good listener, answering all of my questions and taking me step-by-step, clarifying any points as I requested. He was professional, friendly, positive, and encouraging. I felt like I was put back into the "driver's seat" taking the courage to repair my financial situation in a way that was most beneficial. Absolutely wonderful customer skills. To them it is not strictly a job but they actually care and are as thorough in their explanations. EXTREMELY patient. Great teamwork so you have to consider the whole business was that efficient...it was not singled out to one person only. By the time I was done, my spirit was elevated. It was difficult in that my landline batteries kept going dead but they were patient and persevered. Would be happy to spread the good news to others who also might need this level of professional help. Too often, people are swept out the door quickly but they listened, answered .

I was experiencing extreme anxiety and depression as I found myself in one emergency on top of another with my Granddaughter’s life in danger and her 8 month baby due in just four weeks suddenly without a heartbeat and no way to save him!!! The representatives have been helpful on my journey through the program this far. My deposits have come out correctly with no issues. I have been in the program since December 2023 and I received my first settlement of five accounts in March 2023. Americor was able to settle with Lending Club which was one of my bigger balances owed. I received a call from Americor that I had an offer. I was so excited. I first got connected to an agent to help but because I was at work... I decided to sign into my Americor account and accept my offer. It was so easy. I am eager to see which account is settled next. This creditor was not aggressive in asking for payment. Given it was a few months of no payment. They sent me text messages and mailings reminding me my payment was due. Still uneasy not making payments but I am happy to have one settlement down and four to go. Thanks Americor!

I spent 9 months with another debt consolidation company and I certainly feel like that was a waste of time. Since I have something to compare it to... the onboarding process was incredible by comparison. Americor mapped out their whole strategy. They pushed information rather than have me pull it out of them (which was a relief-the other place had me feeling like I was bothering them with my questions). Big shout out to Riah Nessa who brought in my business. This woman definitely cares and she made me feel like so much more than just another bunch of numbers toward the bottom line. If she is a reflection of the atmosphere in this company I would say it must be a great place to work. I am so thankful they sought me out. Unfortunately, I have one credit line that reached a settlement with the other company, and they're already implementing their fee (and it was a big one), otherwise Americor would have all my business. I know it is only fair that this other company get compensated for their work in acquiring the settlement, but I'm hoping they cut me loose. After nine months of not being really considered, I'd say it would be an appropriate trade off.

I was skeptical at first when I decided to go forward with my decision to work with Anericor and its onboarding team . But it was time to get off the credit card bandwagon and take the plunge with a company that seemed to be competent and trustworthy with my finances and me. Americor’s people were very helpful to get my debt in order so I could define my outlook after I have committed with the contract to pay off my debt with my personal debt consolation plan . They helped me with the burden to deal with my creditors and finalize my plan with a realistic repayment plan I can live with for my future to rebuild my credit and be free from the daily calls to play catch up with past due bills . It seemed I was saying goodbye to my old friends that have caused me credit card anguish in my life but in reality I can breathe for the first time with out the credit card debt and burden I felt daily . I still have a few issues to manage with onboarding team but they are patient with me and extremely helpful to get it right . Thanks Americor team for your people and staff for your courtesy towards me in a very difficult transition for me as I am still on the path to success in my planned retirement years ahead of me.

very tactical, calculated protocol that americor follows. I think the % for fees is a bit high, but, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I don't have to deal with the creditors, and I may be eligible for a consolidation loan in the future. It seems this process is better in the long run than bankruptcy or just letting your credit crash. So far americor has already arranged a settlement with one of my creditors, so I was happy and impressed with that scenario, and decided, after LAY, a nice americor rep followed up with me today, that I'm doing the right thing, with the right company, at the right time.
