They set up a pretty simple platform to deal with. However, their fees are very high and ultimately I don't feel we saved much money and could have accomplished the same results with a little discipline and it wouldn't have hurt our credit in the process.

They always keep me informed on everything that is happening whether it be a strategy call or a one on one chat. The strategy calls are very "robotic" but they have to follow the script so I'm good with that. If I chime in with a question or concern they seem to have the right answer for me. Martin was very good at explaining things to me to and was very helpful when I had questions. The only thing I was a little upset with was when I went on to create my American portal I saw that each month my payment was going to about $13 more due to a fee. What I don’t like is how I had just paid all of my bills for the month and had only enough money left for groceries and gas but they said they needed a payment before my next check came so I couldn’t even buy Christmas gifts.
