Americor has been fantastic! I have been in the program for over six months now and am very pleased with their progress in settling my debt. My initial consultation was very thorough, and they informed me up-front my credit score would drop while I was active in the program, but to give it time, and it would heal. Americor is quick to review documents I upload and settles accounts with my best interests in mind. We all have financial hardships at one point or another. Americor boosts your confidence and does not place guilt. I have recommended their service to friends and family!

I signed up with Americor in July of last year to settle my credit card debit . It's now September 2023 and they have 8 accounts in full. There are another 6 that are in progress of being settled. There are 4 more waiting for funds , they have reached a settlement agreement with these accounts pending funds . I have to say that they have contacted me as soon as they got a great settlement, checking for my approval then when I said yes they followed up on getting the settlement done. I can't tell you what a relief it has been dealing with Americor. .

So far, I think that Americor is doing their best, but I think they can do better. I follow the company on Facebook and they do reply to most of the comments. I just wish that they would check in with me more often. I am still nervous and insecure about my debt, but I feel that Americor was my best choice. I was with Debt Relief a few years ago and I didn't care for them, although I did have a personal rep who contacted me. I didn't feel that I had all the necessary information. That is one thing I would rate Americor highly. All the information they have provided have me feeling a bit more relieved, although I still get nervous when I get calls from creditors. I also realize I need to reach out more and I will. My goal is to have a credit score in the 700s and be able to purchase a car without a co-signer, just me. Thank you for this survey.

The Americor program is a good model to get people out of large debt. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The program is explained well and staff are always ready to answer questions. The Face Book chat is great members get to read questions from others in the same situation. Members can ask any question on the Face Book chat and Americor staff respond as well as fellow members. I spoke to Derek and he was very good at listening and explaining. Four or five yrs ago a Debt Consolidation called Titan Legal After me paying 800 monthly payment they never spoke to creditors. Closed their door no money in no money out. They kept my funds so Basically they stole my money. I was hesitant yet Derek understood my direct questions were answered and made me feel I was with different people. Plus he said he could understand my concern

The reps were very professional. I talked to three people total, and they were extremely helpful. They gave me honesty, with a realistic goal. They are willing to work with you the best way possible, when you get honest with yourself to realize what is needed to accomplish a personal goal. Great company; not like Lexington who takes all your money. Lexington is not for everyone. That’s why it’s good to get more than one opinion. I love this company so far. No complaints.

I didn't end up using their service because I wasn't about to ruin my good credit. But customer service wise, they were curteous and told me all the things that I needed to know. Since I told them I wasn't going to be using their service, I've been watching my bank account fearfully, to make sure that there really won't be any charges. I haven't seen anything come up, so I give them 5/5 for the way they handled everything with me. I would recommend them to someone with bad credit.

Timothy B was really helpful in arranging my monthly debt payoff and pulling up all of my accounts. He gave me the best option for my current situation. The settlement amounts of the accounts has ranged about 10-25% of the balance, which ends up being equal to the full balance, if not more, after Americor collects their settlement fee. They are completely inflexible when a need arises to change a withdrawal date to the settlement account. The only justification I have for using their service is keeping creditors at bay.

I thought that this was a great program. I appreciated the effort it took to help out but to get my payment down 40% just to charge me 30 % I feel it’s just as predatory as some loans. And then you offer after 6 months to pay off all the creditors which for me was 9-10 k, but you still pay Americor their fee which was like 4k but when I read the final amount I would have paid 25k over five years umm that’s more than I owed the original creditor no thanks
