The Americor program is a good model to get people out of large debt. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The program is explained well and staff are always ready to answer questions. The Face Book chat is great members get to read questions from others in the same situation. Members can ask any question on the Face Book chat and Americor staff respond as well as fellow members. Everyone is very encourage staff and members alike.

I spoke to Derek and he was very good at listening and explaining. Four or five yrs ago a Debt Consolidation called Titan Legal After me paying 800 monthly payment they never spoke to creditors. Closed their door no money in no money out. They kept my funds so Basically they stole my money. I was hesitant yet Derek understood my direct questions were answered and made me feel I was with different people. Plus he said he could understand my concern

The reps were very professional. I talked to three people total, and they were extremely helpful. They gave me honesty, with a realistic goal. They are willing to work with you the best way possible, when you get honest with yourself to realize what is needed to accomplish a personal goal. Great company; not like Lexington who takes all your money. Lexington is not for everyone. That’s why it’s good to get more than one opinion. I love this company so far. No complaints.

I didn't end up using their service because I wasn't about to ruin my good credit. But customer service wise, they were curteous and told me all the things that I needed to know. Since I told them I wasn't going to be using their service, I've been watching my bank account fearfully, to make sure that there really won't be any charges. I haven't seen anything come up, so I give them 5/5 for the way they handled everything with me. I would recommend them to someone with bad credit.

The settlement amounts of the accounts has ranged about 10-25% of the balance, which ends up being equal to the full balance, if not more, after Americor collects their settlement fee. They are completely inflexible when a need arises to change a withdrawal date to the settlement account. The only justification I have for using their service is keeping creditors at bay.

I thought that this was a great program. I appreciated the effort it took to help out but to get my payment down 40% just to charge me 30 % I feel it’s just as predatory as some loans. And then you offer after 6 months to pay off all the creditors which for me was 9-10 k, but you still pay Americor their fee which was like 4k but when I read the final amount I would have paid 25k over five years umm that’s more than I owed the original creditor no thanks

This company helps with negotiating however keeps you in debt by making small payments to creditors to keep you in the program longer to make money off the interest of the loans. When you call to inquire about specific questions you get the same questions and they say a manager is never available to help. They waited to negotiate my last card to get me to proceed with their credit9 program which did pay off the remaining 2 loans and that is when they negotiated my last card but then I was set into a new loan contract for 30 more months of lower payments so more money can be made off interest. I paid all my payments and they were paid on time. There is no excuse for 10$ payments with a 5$ bank fee per month being made to more than one creditor when I was paying 911.44/MO. I called and emailed several times to have this corrected and was given numerous excuses as to why the payment could not be increased to a more feasible number especially when paying a 5$ bank charge each time a payment is made. Will not recommend!
