Customer service is good. Two times they failed to pay an account which caused the agreement that was in place to become void! I wasn't not informed about it. It took me to contact the creditor directly to find it out. Another agreement had to be made with the creditor which cost me an additional $1900. Alleviate recognized it was a mistake on their end but I still had to pay the additional $1900. Another account was never settled on so I finally asked to have that account removed from the plan!!! I felt they wanted to just continue getting my monthly payment and charge me fees for work that they weren't doing. I finally decided to do an early payout on the remaining owed account!

Thief’s!!! We now owe more than we did when we started with this company! We are filing bankruptcy now. They charged us a legal fee every month while in the program for an attorney. Our attorney had to withdraw from us in the middle of negotiations because she hadn’t been paid in months!! Do not use this program!!!
