I had missed a call from Aleviate and I called back right away. I stayed in hold for less than 1 minute when Vidal G answered my call. He answered ALL my questions with incredible patience! Before the call, I felt uneasy about the process since I had misunderstood a BIG step in my first call and I had messed up. This is the company to help you resolve your credit card issues and restore your credit card worthiness! However, I have one concern, the fees paid to Alleviate Financial Solutions for negotiating and closing an account is 25% based on the gross amount entered upon opening account. The fees they receive is based on the gross vs. the net amount negotiated. I THINK THIS IS AN INJUSTICE AND ROBBERY TO THE CLIENT! Example: If I added a credit card to my account for $5000, 00, they negotiated down to $1000. The fee paid to them is $5000 x 0.25= $1,250.00 (Gross amount) vs. $1000 x 0.25=$250 (Net negotiated amount) ALLEVIATE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS PLEASE RE-EVALUATE/CHANGE YOUR DECISON ON THIS. THE GREED OPTICS DOESN'T LOOK GOOD ON YOU! Other than that, I would've given 5 STARS. I can't get past it because it's so not fair. Did you forget I'm repairing from a financial hardship and working to restore credit worthiness.

Very helpful, I have a hearing issue and Andrea had absolutely no problem at all staying with all instruction until she was convinced that I understood what we were doing. It's most rewarding and spirit lifting to have had the privilege of working with her. Kudos to Alleviate for staffing such a professional!
