I was having a problem and had several questions about my account. I spoke with two different account Managers before today. Neither seemed to understand what I was asking. They could not give me a clear answer. It was like they didn’t use the process themselves, no matter how many times I ask. I ask them to explain where a two thousand fee was coming form. The answer I got was that is was just an added fee, but they did not know why. Today I talked with Oscar and Alli. Finally I got the answers I was asking for. I now understand what is happening and why. They both gave me straight answer and made me understand everything. They both understood the questions and gave me the answer that made sense to me. Both Oscar and Alli deserve a gold star as far as I am concerned.

However upon speaking with the representative who was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was saying to the program. I am impressed with the attention Alleviate account managers give to their clients. Chasanique is awesome! She was respectful and remained patient as I was gathering information. Chasanique showed compassion and understanding as I had a moment of overwhelm. I was calm because her energy was calm and pleasant. So far all of Alleviate's Financial Advisors have been friendly and very easy to talk too. I had a resolvable issue, and had the pleasure of speaking with Julio Jay C on 9/13/23. Jay was able to start the process to correct the error. Jay was extremely friendly, and made the process to resolve my issue quickly. We further went over my Welcome Package, with Jay explaining and answering all of my questions. Pt. was supportive, and relieved much of my anxiety. I started to go through this same debt consolidation company earlier this year, but then I "chickened out". I reapplied, understanding the process better with all of the financial advisors I have worked with, both to resolve an error, and to fully explain the debt consolidation process. Jay did an excellent job, further alleviating my anxiety about creditors. So far, I would highly recommend this debt consolidation program to anyone in my same circumstance, with increasing debt, and never, ever seeming to catch up. I strongly believe I can again be debt free in 4 years or less. My monthly payment to Alleviate, is almost $150.00 less than my payments. Thank you Alleviate Financial Solutions.

I have been working with Alleviate Financial Solutions (AFS) since May of 2023. They have great customer service and created a debt plans that work with my budget. They helped me come up with definitive solution to alleviate all of my credit card debt and take away some stress.
They have monthly reviews that go over my current status and help me understand the way forward and where I'm at. I had an awesome review this month with my account expert, Maria V, who is very knowledgable and listens to what I have to say. They're real compassionate people who care about my situation. Maria was an absolute pleasure to work with this evening! We discussed my account in detail to make some positive adjustments for some of my accounts to ensure we're on track to becoming credit card debt free! Thank you Maria! You were more than helpful tonight.
I definitely recommend this company if you're stressed out and constantly worried about who to pay or how are you going to do it next. It is a process, but if you stick to the process and plan AFS lays out for you it gets better. This has helped build my confidence knowing that someone has my back so I can go on with life!

First waited almost an hour thinking this is not a company that say they can help but not. It is too soon to tell which from start to now 5 months not much of concern and help. For each month I called or they called and I talk to them and I told him about one of the bills was wrong. No one corrected it no one even bothered to letting me know a few other things in the correct way. Well this month doing my monthly call. Today’s agent she was very very much excellent. She listened to me very well as what was not done and what I didn’t have in the right way. Any way she was so helpful and showed the concern of an agent. Knowing how to explained things better corrected few things. As well as other helpful things that I needed. She is a 💯 percent top agent that show her kind of work related. It’s only 5 months to soon to rate company but today was was a concerned. Thank you for assisting me even for making me laugh smile with few tears of faith.

After hearing so much static about unsavory practices of companies that work with clients to get debt relief I/we were skeptical at first but, the way anyone we spoke with handled any and all of our concerns, took away all doubts. Spoke with Linda L. today regarding an account that was getting ready to go to collection and/or force me to close my bank account. She provided me with complete knowledge and understanding as to what my issue was and then worked expeditiously to meet a due date before action was taken. She removed all of my anxiety during this entire process and was professional yet understanding and extremely helpful to my issue. The matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction and it was all due to Linda L today.

I had what I thought was a simple issue to resolve-to add an eligible creditor to my account that the first person I spoke with at Alleviate said they would enter and the debt was eligible and to just email a copy of the latest statement-which Idid immediately.
So a week later, the creditor was not added, I called the original person back, and they said to contact my newly assigned account manager. I spoke with her, she said to upload it or email to the help email. I received correspondence several times advising the debt was not eligible. I could not accept that, as one credit card from the same finance company creditor was accepted, so why not this one? I was provided all kinds of non-sensible ideas on why the creditor was not added-none of it made sense.
I called again and got Gary. He UNDERSTOOD immediately and was very professional, knowledgable, and kind. Gary got the credit card account added with no problem. Give this man a raise!
