Julio C is the person who got assigned as my financial manager. I’m not really sure how debt consolidations work and I read many horrible reviews regarding it, but based on my welcoming experience with Alleviate, I feel like he will take care of my finances and steer me to the right direction. He also very accommodating since I missed my very first payment. All in all, I’d say, I’m not too worried. So far, 5/5.

Sara was so helpful, she spent approximately 2 hours (I didn’t time it exactly) but it was in between an hour and 1/2 and 2 hrs…she absolutely helped me with so many different things!!!!! And I could tell she really wanted to help me. I could hear it in her voice and words and manners. I have been working with Dulce B on a hardship . Ms. B was very patient and answered all my questions. She understood I’m hard of hearing and, so she spoke slowly and loud enough so I can understand. Also I do not have a computer, so everything was done on my cellular phone. I sure made it rough getting things done, because I would accidentally close out the application. I like that this company did provide me some amount of stress relief, however that has not been without some anxiety and disappointments. The process is very slow. I got into this program under the notion that after 6-8 payments of on time payments I would offered a full debt release loan which would have spread up the process. However, that has not been the case, and so did feel a little bamboozled. They are slowly but surely handling my debts, which is great but I probably could have saved my credit score from dropping down as far as it has during this process by making my own minimum payments. While I do think it will pay off in the end, the waiting game is excruciating. The customer service 90% of the time has been great though I have to admit
