Pretty okay products, some of the cards for people with lower credit are terrible, but once you build up a little better credit score some of the products can be decent. I at least don't feel like they have ever treated me unfairly or hit me with any surprise fees. I think my biggest complaint would be the lack of availability of customer support.

Pretty good cards. Expensive, but good cards. I have carried C-One cards in my wallet now for a decade or longer. I have never had any real problems. During covid I wasn't working steadily and they did ding me for that citing that I was late even though I was on the program they had to defer lates. Otherwise, solid cards that won't reduce your limits at a whim from my experience with them. I would recommend.

We are very loyal customers of Capital One. They have a most excellent fraud department, and we appreciate the diligence the company has over credit card security. Our cards have been comprised numerous times time over the past 10 years, and Capital One has always covered unauthorized purchases. Their customer service is stellar, and you can always talk to a live person any hour of the day. Plus, with our Venture card, we get double points which is a great benefit.

I am/have been for 25 plus years a Capital One customer. I have credit cards, saving and checking accounts with Capital One. That's what's in my wallet. Capital One has come a long way and is now one of the top financial companies that I use to do my daily business. Capital One provides me with excellent financial tools and educational materials. I love that their online banking is very user-friendly, accessible 24/7 and accessible via many electronic forms.

Love Capital One! We've been customers for over 20 years! It's been the best card for us to be able to use the points for whatever we want. I've used them for travel, new pots and pans, cash, and lots of other things over the years. I'm happy with their service and the one thing that has been a negative is in the beginning we were able to accumulate points quickly for flights, now they are more comparable to other airline cards in regards to how many points it costs for a ticket. But, I also realize that the cost of the tickets and overall expense of flying has increased in 20 years haha. We have no plans of changing our Capital One card.

I was approved for Capital One MasterCard. I make all my payments on time. I always check my Capital One App. Just to make sure everything looks okay. Well on the 5th month l checked my Capital One App like I always do. And BAM 💥 I had been given a huge credit increase. My credit score has improved by over 100 points. I still have a ways to go with my credit score. My minimum payment due is less than $30.00 I do pay more than the minimum though. Also at all times make sure you keep enough credit to cover your interest. I keep $15.00 credit at all times on my card to cover the interest. I highly recommend Capital One.

Capital One will always be in my wallet! I called Capital One's customer service center to discuss what I thought to be an error on my monthly statement. The customer service professional helped me understand my monthly statement and was kind and knowledgable. Never did I feel belittled or judged for my misunderstanding with my statement. Towards the end of my call, I thanked them for helping me and apologized for misreading the statement mentioning, "I just recently got married and I forgot with all of the commotion of the wedding that I bought that." They politely ended the call telling me to call back if I had any more questions. The following week I received a card in the mail addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Hancock from Capital One. Curious, I opened the envelope and found a hand-written note from the customer service representative I had talked to, along with a $50 gift card to Bed Bath and Beyond. The note read, "Congratulations to the young couple, we are sorry this card is late but we hope you have a beautiful marriage." This has stuck with me for over 2 years! Because of this amazing act of kindness I will forever use Capital One's credit card.

I am a long time customer of Capital One. I have never been late on a payment. I was the victim of a moving scam where charges were made to my card. I reported the incident and solicited help from Capital One to deny the charges. Capital One failed to advocate for me, the customer. I wrote a letter to the president regarding the 3,187.00 charges. The charges were removed but reapplied a few months later. I am so disappointed with their lack of customer service.

I've been with Capital One over 10 years and they told me they can use my debit card no more for a payment so I called last month September to make my payment and a customer care girl tells me you can make that payment with your credit card cuz I was going to make it with my MoneyGram app and she takes my payment I always make more than the minimum the minimum was $61 I made a $75 payment she takes my debit card information but she doesn't ask me for that zip code we all know that you have to ask the ZIP code the first time it doesn't go through the second time she says it goes through but she didn't ask the zip code and then 4 days later they're automated man tells me hey you have a $25 credit so two weeks later you know cuz you know these people are in the business of blood I called a check and I'm of course I'm 121 overdrawn and I have to make a payment immediately so I call their customer care I tell everyone hey I made my payment boy was I insulted by a bunch of people that told me they're a collection of people said if I had a dollar for everybody that told me they made their payment well dude if you had a dollar or ever doing anything honest you might be rich but you're never going to be rich because you work for Capital One and when I finally did get to somebody that was professional this is what you told me we're going to listen in our back room you know where we get high and look at the film or listen to the messages even though they can record you and you get record them and of course I was right but you think they would admit it no they just told me we're going to wave your late fee for September and so I go okay but let me make September's paper and October no that's all right you're you're good for September you just got to make your October payment boy what a lie that was their computer generated their girl told me I'm not a credit expert like nobody is there the only experienced anybody has there is isn't lying and she tells me I don't know if if we report it lame it's computer generated went straight to bike at my credit score was a 750 I wonder if anybody there working has a 750 score so she tells me don't worry and you know when people tell you that don't worry especially with credit they're lying to you and you're going to get screwed every time and you know what I thought these people really cared my daughter just recently had kids twins her first babies and she has post pregnancy depression severely she hasn't bonded with the kids I've been taking care of him is that really Zachary Lee Michael Anthony Zack and Mack and one of them had a little heart murmur you know I just Grandpa hasn't taken care of kids on decades and I told that to some of the people that worked in the senior account specialist they know some of those people are really got hearts and everything but some of them they didn't even take care of my grievance let alone file it that's what makes me even laugh more and then they give me a cease and disorder saying I threatened bodily harm to their employees I'm 62 years old my God Carlos can you be even a bigger sissy than you are have you come on but you know what I don't have no ill will till you people it's not my fault that you guys are unprofessional and you think you're professional and when you have a degree in what lying I mean come on you know it's even funnier is when you you called her corporate headquarters number and you get somebody in Asia and you ask him he can have the corporate headquarters number and they say this is it and I go oh I didn't know there was Virginia Asia what county is that in and you already he tells me it's in the District of Columbia that's Colombian to him cuz that's what he was smoking in Colombian what a laugh but I have no ill will tell people to Capital One you know even though the girl lied my credit score come down you know what can you say some people are going to hell and some people are going to heaven and Capital One is the number one going to hell take care and hope all your dreams and wishes go true for all the families and workers at Capital One take care and hey what about my grievance Carlos

I must say I was getting increases very quickly, my credit limit started at $500 and now I am at $4000. You can check your credit with CreditWise, also you can have cash back on a variety of companies.

I have used Capital One QuickSilver as my prime credit card for several years. I have had a couple of disputes with merchants and they have handled these issues quickly and satisfactorily. I appreciate that Capital One provides a good exchange rate for foreign purchases without foreign exchange fee. Originally, I experimented with this card because it had a 1.5% cash reward. Now I have found a card that offers a 2% reward and I will try it. I pay my balance monthly and avoid interest and late fees.

I have loved everything about my Capital One Credit card. They are really good at keeping you updated on purchases and even alerted me to when there was a potentially fraudulent purchase on my card which it was! I was able to dispute the purchase easily and get a new card. The 1.5% cash back on all purchases has been a great thing too! I haven't ever had any problems with the company.

Capital One has been extremely helpful when I find charges that are not correct. They have been miracle workers for me in getting a refund from a company that did a horrible paint job on my car. Right now I am shopping for a new car. Capital One offers financing plus information on auto dealers that they will finance for. I feel very safe using Capital One.

I have less than perfect credit but I am doing my best to improve it. Capital One has been the credit card company that has helped me the most. I currently have 4 cards with their company, 3 of which allow me to earn rewards, which are really generous and super easy to redeem. If you have crappy credit, you know that it is not only difficult to get approved for a credit card but it’s not easy to get a card that offers rewards and has no annual fee. Capital One offers both which is amazing and makes me feel like a semi responsible adult. If you use their app, you can easily see and pay your balance, you can see and redeem your rewards and you can see what they are offing in terms of scoring more in rewards. You can also quickly check your credit score. In some cases, you can redeem your rewards right in check out while you are shopping online. They also have a shopping app that I have just recently downloaded. I will have to get back to you on that, I don’t know enough about it yet to recommend it. Another thing I like is that they gave me limit increases without me asking for them, which is great, because you can see your hard work paying off. I know, this may sound like a commercial or that I may say at the end that I was compensated for my review, but, I promise, I really love this company. If you need to build your credit, this is the company for you!

Aside from their horribly outdated logo I have nothing to complain about with CapOne. They have very good customer service, their cards work as they should, and I've never had an issue. My credit lines have remained solid, even when I was maxing them out for awhile, even when I had some other credit card companies reduce my credit limit. One of the best things is their App and online services. Very good integration with ApplePay. I always get an alert about a charge, etc. The security is great, as I get a message if a charge seems out of ordinary. Oh, and when traveling to Europe, I had no issues with the card not working and didn't have to pay any foreign exchange fees, which some other providers charge...beware! All in all a great experience with a company who seems to care about their customer, unlike many other banks. Oh, and if you have a Capital One Cafe where you live (or while traveling), they serve Peet's Coffee for 50% off, and it makes a great co-working space!

If you are like me, Covid-19 had a big impact on your life. I was behind in payments for my Capital One card. I hated it, but at the time I really didn't have the money to pay what i owed. It was a little less than $200, but they did call quite a few times but hey that is their job, get back what you lent to you. So finally I decided to call them and explain my situation. I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and considerate they were. They were able to stop all the increases in late payment fees, worked with me to make payments. Even if it would of been $5, they were content. So we set up a plan that I felt I could handle and I couldn't be more happy!

Most simple and easy credit card company to deal with! Very easy to dispute a charge and the customer service department is very helpful to explain, in detail, why and when to do so! I used my Capital One card on a web purchase from a site I, honestly, was hesitant to order from because it did not appear to be a legitimate website (but I really wanted these shoes). The order never came. I called and was told to wait a week for the 30 day period to lapse because the company had to show proof of tracking after this timeframe. I have been a Capital One card holder for 15+ years and will recommend this company to anyone.

I have three cards with Capital One, two platinum cards and the Walmart card. I had a couple cards a few years ago. I like capital one because they are more willing to give people with limited or less than perfect credit a chance to obtain and rebuild credit and they favor giving people a second chance. They let you pick your own due date. The cats I have are no annual fee which I really like because most cards charge annual fees. I get cash back rewards on my Wal-Mart card when I ship at Walmart, which I often do so it's a nice perk. When I lost my job a few years ago and couldn't pay my credit card bills, the put my account on hold and did not continue charging late fees and gave me six months to get back on my feet which I really appreciated and they were perfectly willing to work with me and not hassle me. Also, they increase credit line after 6 months and you can also pay your bill, check balance, and request a credit line increase of $100 and get instant approval through the app. Very happy with Cap 1!

Capital One has many cards to meet each individual needs. I have had two cards due to my changing needs and both have worked great. The downfall is their customer service. I have had multiple calls in and don’t typically get my issue resolved on the first go. This is why they are my backup/emergency cards now. Specifically I had an issue with a payment for a promotion versus being applied to the whole balance. I called prior to make sure I could do what i I wanted and it took almost a month for it to actually be applied correctly even though that earlier call said it would fine/quick. So the cards and rewards are great but customer service is lacking.
