When I was working and making monthly payments, I had no problems. Once I retired and then lost 2/3 of my SS check, I began to struggle making payments. That's when Capital One began the harassment. Even though I made a monthly payment, they continued to send me text messages and emails telling me my payments were late, get back on track with help, etc. I called to have my account notated that I'm doing what I can to make my payments, but it did nothing to stop the harassment. With so many accounts struggling, they could be a leader in working with customers in more productive ways. Unfortunately, they demonstrate that they're only out for profit.

I have Capital One Credit Card and Savings Account. I love it that I receive a test every time my card is used. Makes me very comfortable knowing that I immediately will know if unauthorized users charged anything on my card. Also, they have a great interest rate on my Savings account with them.

Pretty good cards. Expensive, but good cards. I have carried C-One cards in my wallet now for a decade or longer. I have never had any real problems. During covid I wasn't working steadily and they did ding me for that citing that I was late even though I was on the program they had to defer lates. Otherwise, solid cards that won't reduce your limits at a whim from my experience with them. I would recommend.

I have had my Capital One Card for 2 years now and I have no complaints. My credit score was fair when I applied. I must say I was getting increases very quickly, my credit limit started at $500 and now I am at $4000. You can check your credit with CreditWise, also you can have cash back on a variety of companies.

Capital One is the best! I love them, They have an awesome App that lets you see the balances and also alerts when the card is being using. I cannot recommend Capital one and when I rebuilding my credit they gave me a unsecured card with 500 limit, I will always appreciate them.

Spark card is great. 2% back on ALL trans actions. This has added up tremendously for my business over the years. I highly recommend it. The app is also very good for searching purchases and looking at spending patterns and reoccurring purchases.

I have the QuickSilver and Walmart Cards. They are both good with introductory offers, and rewards. They give you statement credits and monthly cash back: 1.5% for QuickSilver and 2-5% for Walmart. No annual fees and easy approval. I use both of these on a weekly basis.

Excellent customer service! I was on vacation - 2,000 miles away from home and my bank card (debit) wasn't working properly. I'm a Capital One customer, meaning I have a BJ's wholesale store and credit card. This card gets me my membership at the wholesale club, with all kind of discounts. If I use my BJ's/Capital One card at the gas pumps - I get 0.15 cents off per gallon - that helps when gas is hovering close to $4.00 per gallon.

I've been loyal to Capital One for 4 years. I started with a Journey card. Capital One is a great company. If you notice something suspicious on your account they will look into it. Capital One has a great hardship program. If you fall behind they will work with you. They just don't drop you like other credit cards companies.

I have the Savor One card which has great cashback features and I have never had a problem working with anyone from Capital One. The only thing that aggravates me is they will not increase my credit limit from when I was in college so I can only spend $400 a month on my card and reap the cashback benefits for that amount. I would like to be able to put all my expenses on this card and enjoy more cash back.
